“One of the best food pantries in Plano. Super convenient and helpful. You just pull up and show them your ticket. Park the car and get in line, their volunteers then wheel the food out for you(2 week supply) and help you load the car. Very nice people and you can that they genuinely want to help the community. Thanks!”
“I came into The Magdalen House knowing nothing about alcoholism, they gave me the tools I needed to understand it and begin my recovery. Through this program, I found an amazing sponsor who has made such a huge impact on my journey.
After completing my time in the house, I continued with their Next Step program, which helped guide me through the rest of the steps and kept me supported along the way. I’m so grateful for the knowledge, structure, and community I found here—Maggie’s saved my life.”
“If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
Chew Animal Clinic showed incredible compassion when my cat Banana suffered a traumatic injury. They treated him like their own and guided us through one of the hardest experiences of our lives. Their kindness, clear communication, and genuine care meant the world to me. I’m so grateful for the love they showed Banana—and for giving us hope when we needed it most.”

“I've been here a few times to visit, the staff is nice, the tenants are nice, the place is clean. This is a great place for individuals that need wrap around services. The only drawback is the roaches, they do have pest control that will come weekly if requested. I do understand that roaches can be a problem in community living. They do their best to combat the problem.”

“The place was a bit hard to find since the entrance was tucked away under a parking garage, the set up of the garage was odd. The facility is non-profit so they do not really offer treatment but will put you through rigorous tests to find out what condition a patient may have. I visited with a friend who is limited on money and was diagnosed with Cone-Rod Dystrophy while living in Germany. They did a genetics test to determine which chromosome was causing the defect and we received the results a few months later. The associate that was conducting the tests was very friendly but the doctor was not as friendly. He seemed very rushed and almost hesitant to answer some questions we had. They did not offer any help for my friend since they were not studying that disorder at this time but provided some recommendations on how to get help, especially since he didn't have insurance.”
“This YMCA is absolutely amazing! I drop my kids off in the childcare and go workout. Every staff member here is so kind and helpful, and the facilities are kept very clean. The classes are excellent. Ive already recruited two friends to join, too because it’s so great!”

“I’m practicing Brahma Kumaris Meditation for past 8 years and over the time period I was able to notice many changes in me; I became more mature, my level of patience has increased, anger has gone down, can handle any situation very peacefully, and I’m far away from the words or feelings like Depression, Stress and observe myself as a detached observer which helps to take the right decision. I wish everyone can take an advantage of this place to explore one’s self and have the most life changing experience.”
