“I love this place! I sometimes find the same kinds of drinks that are sold at Costco, but for much cheaper! And the kids love the Lego area. It’s especially great for paper goods. I showed up thinking it was a storefront/shop. It isn't. You make all purchases online and then shipped to you or after some hours you can pick it up in the back.
Not only did they allow me to come in and make the purchase on my phone while they waited and then expedited the packaging so I was able to get my item, they also made sure I had the cables I needed even tho they did not come with my purchase. Add to it that my purchase was a comparatively small one, I felt like a valued customer.
I encountered a total of 6 people while there and each one went out of their way to make sure I was being taken care of.

“I was online shopping for a new label printer for our cnc reached out to them early last week spoke to Brandon in sales told him what I was looking for, They did not have it it in stock told me he would drop ship it to me. it arrived on Friday spent hours trying to get it connected to Bluetooth called zebra tech support to find out the printer would not work for our applicating, sent Brandon an email first thing Monday morning responded very quickly and had me a working printer by noon!! these guys are on there game!! As much as hate to say it you just see this kind of service anymore. I’ve been to a lot of Office Depot locations in my life, and this one is BY FAR my favorite.
When I say the staff is helpful, I mean every single person in this store is ready to assist you—no hesitation. They’ve got a lot of younger employees here, and let me just say… these are some genuinely nice kids ???. Respectful, polite, and actually willing to help (which is rare these days).
I spend a lot of time in this location, so I get to see how they treat everyone, not just me—and they’re consistently friendly, patient, and efficient no matter what kind of day they might be having.

“BAD NEWS -
With delivery, they don't remove the product ID envelope from the washer/dryer. It is glued on with a strong tacky adhesive that water & alcohol won't touch. Stuff is an obvious scar to the lid's glass surface that will stick to anything else put on it. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEM CLEANED IT OFF & removed b4 they leave.
Only GooGone adhesive remover soaked 5 MINUTES will start getting it off. But you may have to repeat 3-5 times to get envelope residue off.
Then you have to soak it in dish soap/water to get the GooGone off.
