Cube Solutions has a great quality product at a great price! Michelle was great to work with and rose to the challenge every time! Definitely recommend to anyone needing office cubicles!

I am very disappointed with this company or more specifically, the rep who walked us through the process of ordering. We ordered 8 units for our office space thinking we were getting the shorter cubicles. The reason we even went with this company is because of the shorter cubicles they produced and we saw at another office. Our rep knew this. He was their rep. Plus...on the site, all the pictures on opening page are the shorter cubicles. So....I didn't even think about tall cubicles. And our rep NEVER asked us what height we wanted for our cubicles. What cubicle rep doesn't let the customer know there are two sizes in height and ask which one you might want?? The problem is that we signed off on the sizing. Of course we we're focused on the layout in the office, not how high they were. Didn't know we had a choice! Then, when I inquired about what to do about this, the rep at first had NO solution and did not own the fact that he should have asked us about height. Then when I suggested having some of the inner cubicles changed to shorter ones, he just sent me a new price for that, expecting me to hand on to the tall ones. I suggested they take the old ones and let that go toward the price of new ones. Seems obvious to me, but I had to suggest that. He said he'd work on that. Now....the last communication I've had with him almost 3 weeks ago when he said they were working on a solution.

We installed cubicles for Cube Solutions in Dec 2019. They haven't paid their bill and won't respond to us. We've done work for them for years, and they were always slow to pay, but this time it looks like they just aren't going to pay their installer.

Cube Solutions has been great to work with. We shared the vision of how we wanted the office to look and Michelle presented several option that we really liked. The install team was great too. They were prompt, did great work, and made sure the building management was happy with them too. The quality of furniture we received is first rate. It's standing up to regular use very well. I love the office chairs they suggested. They are much more comfortable than other chairs I've had in the same price range. I highly recommend these folks.

Cube Solutions needs to pay there bills!!!!! We did an install in Findlay OH at Lowe's in Nov 2018 and have only been paid $2000.00 and $4500.00 is still owed.

Do not use this company. We have not received our cubicles and despite numerous attempts have not received any responses to our emails and phone messages within last two weeks. Unfortunately we paid upfront. Every phone prompt directs you to voicemail. Something has changed within their ranks within the last two years. We did not have these issues with previous orders. Disappointing and costly for us.

Same experiences as described by others and incurring additional expenses due to rescheduling flights for technical teams involved with the new location housing the cubicles every time a new shipping date is provided. There are additional negative reviews on other ratings and review sites. I did not have this issue with the order I placed 2 years ago. Based upon the date of the negative reviews it appears something has changed within their company in last 18 months. I've paid upfront and fearing I may never receive my cubicles. 6 weeks overdue and no return calls or emails in last two weeks. We will be taking all legal actions necessary to remedy the situation.

Unfortunately this might be the only way I can have communication with this company. Cube Solutions contracted my company to install cubicles to one of their customers over 5 months ago. We have reportedly reached out for payment via phone, email and mail which we have never recieved a response. After reading other reviews, this seems to be the norm for Cube Solutions. I will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Its unfortunate that this company hires other companies to complete their installations then avoids paying the bill.

PAY THEIR BILLS!! We did a cubicle project for them in Nov 2018 and have repeatedly tried to reach them with payment. Voice mails, emails...no response. My recommendation would be to have them pay up front.

Yikes! I'm sad to share my story of how it appears I have been ripped off by Michelle and her team. They take your money and then don't ship. This is a very shady operation. Once they have ripped you off and taken your money, they will dodge your calls and avoid you at all costs. I hope posting my negative reviews will prompt them to call me and resolve this issue, so that I might consider revising my review. But if this review is still up, be forewarned that that they are in the practice of charging you, but not shipping your product. They'll defraud you and leave you hanging.

I would give 0 stars if possible BUYER BEWARE I order 2 cubicles from them on May 25th and still have not received them when I was promised my install date would be sometime in the last week of June. Essentially everything this company has told me has been a lie. From the scheduling process (was told I could confirm an installation date once my order had been submitted and accepted), shipping updates, installer scheduling, everything. There has never been a time that I have been satisfied with the service or competence of this company. I have been working mainly with Stephanie and my experience has been the following: Working with Stephanie has been the most frustrating experience I have ever encountered. She screens her calls, does not respond to voicemails and takes days to respond to emails. When I am finally able to get a hold of her, she either doesn't have an answer and says she'll have to get back to you (which normally takes days), her responses are intentionally vague or she give false information and hope. She has never been proactive about any issues that have arisen and I believe wholeheartedly that if she had been more proactive at her job I would've received my cubicles by now. But her method is to sit and wait. I don't know if this is entirely her fault, maybe her workload is too much. IDK. But at the end of the day, that shouldn't be my problem (yet it is). If you promise a service at a certain level during the sales process then you should be able to execute. As a result of this gross incompetence, I am now stuck. Because I've been told all of these false promises that have drawn out the delivery/installation date by over a month, it is now too late to cancel my order and place a new one with a different company. I have new employees starting VERY soon with nowhere for them to sit. And as it seems, a cubicle company that couldn't care less.

Rodney 'Persistence' Patterson was an exceptional sales person and was very patient with my first time going through this process. One phone call to Cube Solutions is all it took to receive professional services in designing, ordering, purchasing and installing our new cubicles. Rodney Patterson and the rest of the team at Cube Solutions were a tremendous contributor to the success of this project. They work with the highest level of honesty and integrity, and the quality and pricing of our cubicles far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Cube Solutions for a fantastic experience! We are exceptionally happy with our cubicles and would gladly recommend Cube Solutions to any company looking to buy cubicles.
