You have the most useless non helpful sorry lazy girl working the front register! I drove all the way across town to purchase cologne and purfume for Christmas gifts and she barely wanted to show me one item and then proceeded to help others. She kept asking which one did I want and I said all of the boxes are turned to the side where you can’t read the label…. I just walked out before I had to exchange words she wouldn’t like!!!! Hire someone with better customer service skills or that wants a job!

Not one employee on sight from the moment I walked in, looked for my items and made it to the register. This was specifically frustrating when I needed assistance at the register and waited over 5 minutes for anyone to help, walked all over the store and could not locate a single employee. It took about 10 minutes or more for an employee to come out from the back. When i finally found an employee they were rude.

It feels very calm and comfortable to do your shopping, they don't have everything locked up like in some others. The staff are all very attentive.

CVS is the best, you get everything, many promotions and discounts, excellent products, affordable prices, good service and quality, especially in this store, they are very friendly.

I want to enjoy this store since it is our local pharmacy, but they really make it hard! Store is dirty, and staff is hard to find when you need help. Customer service isn’t great.

No option to call and speak with a pharmacist makes it very difficult to sort out prescription issues. There has definitely been a shift in morale lately. In the past, staff were a pleasure to work with. Lately they have been short with patients and dismissive of concerns — bordering on just plain rude.

I started out with a review complaining about not being able to contact a pharmacist by phone without going through voicemail with unknown response time. I drove to the store to resolve the reason for the call and saw they were having phone issues and couldn't answer a call. They resolved my issue quickly and were friendly and efficient.

I left my Doctors office to pick up a couple prescriptions she had ordered for a sinus infection. I was at my local CVS about 15 minutes later. Jose had both prescription's packaged and ready for me. The next time I was at CVS Jose took the time to make sure the prescription's work and asked if I was feeling better. Now that's Customer Service! it's a great thing having a pharmacist that takes pride in his work and actually cares about his customers!! Terrible experience with incompetent personnel. Made an appointment in advance. Arrived at the location early, only to be informed that they do not accept my insurance carrier. This is a question that I feel should have been asked at the time of scheduling the appointment. I will not be returning for any reason.
