I was searching for a specific drop in cook top from Blue Star that was out of stock every where, Jeff was able to help me locate the item that even included an open-box discount! Called and left a message with no response. Called a second time 1.5 hours later and the sales extension went to message again. Don't think I will be calling again.

Dont do business with these people. Two out of the 4 high end appliances I bought were sent missing connection parts. Horrible manager....on top of every missing delivery date by 3 weeks which held up my entire project. They take no responsibility after the sale.

I have used these guys on 7 projects now and I keep coming back because of the service and competitive pricing. They are very responsive and they are quick to handle warranty and service issues. They carry a wide range of products to suit any budget. I wouldnt shop anywhere else for appliances.

Poor. Called for Viking refrigerator repair. Associate asked if the appliance was purchased there. I have no idea, since I purchased the house from previous owner a year ago. Associate unable to give me name and contact information of an authorized repair organization.Guess where I won't purchase an appliance from when I need one.

Sales guys seem to be sitting in some call-center. They have no clue about specifics of what is on their showroom floor or warehouse. When I asked about warranty about a floor model, he had no idea and couldn't even get up to look at the serial number for me so I could check with the manufacturer.
