Very poor customer service. I had an awful experience and was humiliated in front of the whole cafe. I come here nearly everyday, once, if not twice a day. I ordered a BLT, tots, and a water which totaled to $9. I took my order ticket and paid the cashier. When they called my number only the BLT was there. I asked about my tots and a man I can only assume was the manager as he was wearing a tie told me the tots were not on my order ticket. I told him that I had ordered and paid for them. He continued to argue with me to the point where I told him if he didn't believe me he could ask the cashier. He did in fact find it necessary to storm past me and ask the cashier. After the cashier confirmed I was telling the truth, the man then scolded the cashier for not reading the ticket. The man ignored me entirely and went back behind the counter. I did finally get what I ordered, but this was after being treated like a thief in front of a full cafe at my place of work over a $2 food item. I was humiliated and will not spend another dime here. I have dealt with poor attitudes here before but this was unacceptable.

A little pricey but worth it. Stick with the basic cheese/margarita, sausage and or pepperoni

Unspoken complex with poc. It's obvious yet they are courteous when and if they decide to speak but the facial expressions are very revealing. and the food is ok for the location(if you work in the building you don't risk traffic or losing your valuable parking spot:)) a little expensive for that reason

The owner has a bad attitude towards the customers there. The staff is very nice. But the foods are okay nothing special. I don't recommend anyone unless you're work close by and has no other choice.

The pizza here is great. We were here yesterday with my family and one friend of mine and the experience was great. Food was excellent, the staff pleasing and service good.

I only eat the chicken Caesar wrap and French fries. Everything else I would strongly order with caution.

I've tried thousands of restaurants around the metroplex, and I have yet to find anyone that can top Dewey's. My family feels the same way. When I come home from work the kids yell, "Dew-weys! Dew-weys!" Dewey is like family to us. The kids give him a big hug every time we come, they even call him "Uncle D!" If your visiting Dallas and your not sure where to go, Come to Deweys, they have it all... real Mexican food, Fresh Fish, Italian food, and don't ask about the recipe, it's a family secret :) A true gem of the metroplex, with staff who always go above and beyond to provide the Dewey's experience. Its like they always say,"when you see Dewey's smile, you know your at home."

The other reviews are spot on. The service is pretty bad and you definitely get the feeling they would rather you just weren't here. The food can be OK depending on what you get. I had to use a knife on the pancakes

Horrible food, horrible workers, horrible service!! Cashier "forgets" the prices and chargers people different prices for same things. Workers have no sense of customer service, have no problem talking about customers in front of them. Owner doesn't seem to care about the treatment of the customers, if you complain to him he is only focused on putting the blame on you instead of making the situation better. Don't waste your time nor money!!!

I absolutely love their food, especially taco tuesday and catfish fridays. Their breakfast is also delicious and i love the breakfast specials, the cashiers are always nice and considerate as well, even took my mom here and she loved it

Absolutely horrible service. Women fixing food and cashier full of attitude! horrible absolutely horrible! and offensive for Spanish speaking employees to talk about customers as if we do not understand. thank you for making it clear that you do not want out business over and over again

Do to having brown spots on my fruit salad I won't go back. Didn't prepared this week for lunches, so I went back. Just don't like their attitudes either. I will not be going back.
