When I needed to send a hard copy of an important document via fax I called Eagle Postal Express to inquire about the cost of service, but they didn't answer... As I continued to make calls elsewhere, I received a call-back from Eagle Postal Express and they ended up saving the day (and way more than that due to the service I suddenly needed). Their cost was about 1/3 of the price for the same service compared to the nationally known big brand stores. While I waited for my ~60 page fax to be completed I even shopped around in the store and found a birthday card for mom. Great service and very helpful. They went the extra mile by making the effort to call me and really saved me some money!

This is the best shipment company I have ever used. I have shipped through them so many times and all my experiences with them was perfect and satisfying. They help you with the best options available, and the delivery time is fast. I have shipped many times with them internationally and I was surprised how fast my packages were delivered.I recommend them big-time

I've used this postal service to return some Amazon packages and they have always been so kind and helping me repackage things up and get them sent. There's almost never a weight and the gentleman there is.

This postal service is staffed by incompetent persons. They make you wait in line an hour to simply notarize your signature on a document, and then do not understand how to notarize your signature, or what they are attesting to - which is only that you were the person who signed the document! Totally incompetent and ignorant of the law and their function!

Huge rip off, way too expensive. Paid almost twice normal rate for priority mail and was told it would take up to 11 days. Uncomfortable environment in the store, super unfriendly staff, creepy music. I wish I had walked out.

First time trying this place out. Set up a virtual PO Box with iPostal. I showed up Saturday and they closed an hour early "due to the long holiday weekend" it was Labor Day weekend. Also the door was unlocked with boxes laying around. So I was VERY confused. They were closed but the door was open. I would hate to have personal mail and packages sitting around like that.I went back during the weekday to see about my PO Box and the man at the counter said he did not have it. Asked me to contact ipostal, I did they refunded my money. I felt like the man, not sure (if he's the owner or not) didn't really care too much for my business or that I was new to his place. Absolutely the worst first impression I have ever experienced with a small business. Guy was too busy watching cricket and then proceeded to start vacuuming while I sat there trying to figure out how to rent a box.I got up from my chair, clearly frustrated with the process he stopped vacuuming and walked outside to throw trash away.Personally, if I owned a business and had a new customer I would take my time with them. I went based off reviews, I am not sure who these people spoke to but this man was far from deserving 5-stars. I hate that I am spending time writing this review but I need to make sure others don't waste their time like I did.

Great service. Much more convent than going to the post office. Almost never a line. I've had a mailbox here for years. Perfect for when you have packages that need to be signed for.
