The worst service of all companies... my package was lost. They didn't give any reason for my package and I sent it overnight. I waited 2 weeks and they simply told me that it was lost... how irresponsible.

I sent something to print online and went in early and asked if it could be printed early. The sales person said no and was not very nice about it. It was four pages. He was very unhelpful. I get if it was a big project but I really just needed 4 pages in black and white printed for an event this morning.

Davis at this Farmers Branch location is top notch. He went above and beyond to try and help fix an issue that was not his nor FedEx’s fault when the shipper wouldn’t do anything.

I tried to pick up a held package after work. I arrived at 6:50 but the doors were already locked and the building was empty with the lights off. I generally assume if a business says they are open until 7:00 they will be open until 7:00 but that is not the case here.

Timm was extremely helpful in executing a challenging print job for me. We ran into several road blocks, but he refused to give up and eventually found a solution for me. He was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process!

Walked in just a few minutes before closing time with a small print job. Davis was running the store and juggling a few simultaneous projects. He had a great attitude and was quick to help us get our project done. Definitely will use this location again! Thanks, Davis.

Thanks for the help getting my packing label reprinted. It's too bad you can't reprint when the customer has a label on the package and a fedex account.

The Hispanic woman working the front desk at this location (she was not wearing a FedEx shirt and claimed to be the manager) on Monday, April 8th at 3:00p was so hateful that I left the premises, not being able to finish my business and send off my package. I'm now going elsewhere to ship. The treatment I just suffered for absolutely no reason was uncalled for and unprofessional at minimum. FedEx, you need to address her behavior. No employee of yours should be driving customers away from your business. I've never felt someone's hate and unhappiness being projected onto me like I just experienced.
Just mailed my package from another location, they were kind. I was in and out within 3 minutes. Won't ever step foot in this location again.
She said she was the only one there when we called back (she was not) there were 2 women there and she wouldn't give her name. ???
