This establishment keeps trying to bill my mom’s insurance even though she has never done any testing with them and definitely did NOT have any testing done on the dates they claimed. How did they even get her information? Did they even check for the person’s id, insurance cards and doctor’s orders? BEWARE of this business!**Update**The business OBVIOUSLY didn’t read the review thoroughly because I did write that my mom didn’t do any testings on the dates they are claiming (there are 7 claims btw). She has not even done that many tests total, much less that many within a 5-week period***Update***This lab has resorted to name calling and baseless accusations saying that they have nothing to do with my mom and if I have a problem, to contact the provider. How would I know which provider to contact since my mom didn’t do any testing on those dates? And if they have nothing to do with my mom, then why are they repeatedly charging her insurance?**Update**They were unable to provide proof of those test results, which means fraudulent charges! SHADY BUSINESS! BEWARE!!

I came by for a Covid test, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. The testing process itself was quick and the staff made me feel at ease throughout. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I felt safe during my entire visit. I received my results promptly, and the entire experience was seamless. I highly recommend for anyone in need of Covid testing. Their exceptional service and dedication to patient care truly set them apart. Thank you Vince!

Since this review, I just want to say thanks to the CEO of the company for contacting me with an apology and rectifying the issue. I have to change it to a 5.Once again, thanks!I just called Gentech Laboratories LLC, out of Dallas, about a statement I received. I've been in customer service for over 40 years and to experience someone like Megan is very concerning. She was rude and unprofessional. For a customer to get hung up on when trying to pay a bill should not be in that department. I've called back several times and went to voicemail asking for a manager to please call me back. This is the worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. Professional help should not be that hard to find, especially when so many people are looking for jobs. If you are unhappy with your job please find one you like.

Gentech offered its services to The Chosen Extras. The online registration was super easy. The staff at the testing center were very friendly. We got the results the same day, just like they said. I highly recommend them.

They were so nice and accommodating. They appointment during the peak of the Omicron variant holiday season. They had us tested within 30-40 minutes with both the rapid and PCR test. Fast results and exceptional service! I absolutely recommend them!!

Gentech Diagnostics was a life saver in attending to the Covid testing of a very large crew of ‘extras’ for the film set of the streaming show ‘The Chosen’. The testing they provided was very quick, results exactly when they said they’d be available, and all staff was so friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about my experience…. My friend had to look up her insurance information online and it took more than an hour. The staff was incredibly kind and patient with us, providing water and offering us their chairs to sit in. And then helping my friend navigate the questionaire on her phone. Super impressed!

Incredibly good experience! I signed up for the test right there in the parking lot. They did both a rapid test and the PCR test, with immediate turnaround for the former, and same day for the latter. Great folks, very friendly and helpful.

We are from out of town and came to get tested to be on set for The Chosen tv show and I was blown away at how amazing Vince and his team were! Everyone was professional and very kind, we were pre-registered and all we had to do was walk up, present our info and get tested. He even had a gift bag for us! What a pleasant experience and such and easy process. Thank you guys for being so awesome!

Seriously took all of 2 minutes! We got to administer the test ourselves with their instruction. Perfect goodie bag with KN95 mask, pen, and an F5K mug! Super friendly. So worth the extra 25 minute drive over settling with a Walgreens drivethru. Super simple! Even the text to our phones and login are a breeze for non-tech savvy people like us! Highly recommend!!!
