There are no perfect businesses, and anyone’s hope is that you won’t be the customer for which you prove the extreme in such service. It happened with us, our regional supplier and Huttig; poor service, lost merchandise, and costly last minute shuffling to secure what had been promised but never arrived. Oh, not only did it never arrive, but Huttig reps promised a delivery not once, not twice, but three times, only to state in the end... “We don’t know where your product is.” I wish this were a once in a lifetime ordeal, however, our supplier has proved this is a 50% transaction on a monthly basis of poor handling. No one reached out with any answers. No one can satisfy their poor communication or process with customers. Just saying: “be aware” and please consider doing business elsewhere. Big company costs customer more anguish... sad.
