Everytime EVERYTIME i come here i am never disappointed! Dogs don't lie and my puppy is always happy to see Diego Since I started using Jossi I haven't used any other grooming center. I drive from Fort Worth to here just for the customer service and how perfect my puppers comes home! Top of the line for sure! My baby Nala is touchy when it comes to her nails, but they're patient and pet her, and calm her down before they start on her nails. I love it here and can't even think about switching anytime soon. Diego is soo funny and makes it worth the drive love it here!!!

We have been repeat customers for a couple of years now, but we are NOT going back. My husband brought my dog in for an appointment today and they said he wasn't on the books. No apology, no reschedule offered, nothing! As a business owner, I know how important customer service is, and it's unfortunate when the employees don't get it.

I brought my dog in for full service. They failed to communicate with me that Shawn the groomer injured my dog to the point he was bleeding resulting on scabs forming inside his ear canal.

My dog was abused before we got her. Diego was awesome with her he took time with her even tho she was terrified and loved on her. She looks great . We will definitely be back.

I've left two voicemails over the past two weeks with no call back, even though their message recording says you'll receive a call back by end of business the next day. The message also asks that you not hang up and call back, but they don't call back when you leave a message. ?? Should get 0 stars for the zero effort I received in customer service.

Just to update my previous review nail trims are up to $10 per dog and shitzu's groom that was $40 back in the old days is now up to around $60 ; oh well and back in the old days we used to get whoppers from Burger King for under two dollars; times are a changing.!
