Ordered on the app; drove 15 minutes to pick-up the food; had to wait another 8 minutes before the food was ready (no one was in line); the food was lukewarm; and items were missing from my order. The manager refused to adjust the price, offered instead to give a free order on my next visit. Not happening.

Well, let's see. I went in to get some food. After waiting for a few minutes somebody finally acknowledged me. I was asked by the employee if I wanted to place an order, at which time I said yes. She then informed me that I would have to use the kiosk. I told her I did not want to use it and her reply was, well, then I can't help you. I left and proceeded to call McDonald's Corporate the next day. They took my information and said someone would be in touch. I received an email a few days later telling me they were sorry for my experience and that they would be reaching out to the manager of that store. She sent an email apologizing to me for what happened and that anytime I came in I was welcome to use the kiosk or I could be waited on at the register. Um, ok, well, I was turned away so I don't understand what's going on there. Needless to say, I won't be returning there and I will be passing the word along. I guess McDonald's has decided turning away customer's is ok.

The food was good but when you go in nothing tells you where to order your food. My mother and I were just standing at the front counter waiting for someone to take our order. They are just walking around the register, not saying anything. We waited 5 minutes before saying, "Is this where we order. The manager tells me no, not here. I'm where over there. Manger is like yeah. Smh, not all McDonald's do that. How was I supposed to know.

It was the worst Macdonald that you can see. It took a long time to receive my order and it was still very ugly, the food was all bad and everyone was talking afterwards, a tall woman, I think, is the boss in a very bad mood at the office. I will never go again in my life. Make bosses studied. Really and trained ugly, horrible experience and the bathrooms are not to be said.
