Came in at about 4:30 on a Saturday (they close at 5) asking about an inspection and they were able to get me right in. The gentleman at the front desk is very friendly. He invited me to "bring my cars in for any service as they would love to have my business." I think that when something goes wrong that I cannot fix, I will take my car to them. I got a feeling that the staff can be trusted and that is what you want when you give someone your business.

The absolute worst and expensive experience ever, $750 dollars and my air conditioner still blows out hot air, they wanted me to pay an additional $300 to replacea suction hose that had a hole in it, that should’ve been replaced in the initial air conditioning service. I Highly Do Not recommend Them! I wish that I could post this without any stars, because they really deserve zero.

Long time regular and recurring customer for ALL car needs on my 2 vehicles. Batteries, tires, alignments, oil changes, etc. etc. Something changed , HQ management, local as well as there is a noticeable difference in quality and customer service. Went in for a routine oil cig and after was told I need new brakes, rotors, struts and tires. I asked for an estimate and after 10 or so minutes the CS clerk says uh, I can email it to you. I said ok and had to furnish my email although they had it.... Days later, nothing; so I called and same CS clerk says oh, we've been busy. Ok too busy to to do an estimate for a long term customer with 2 cars after 2 1/2 days! Not the NTB I use to do business with. New ownership has let quality drop, no care for customers and alibis for everything. What happened? Word will get out quick as you teach us NOT to come back again! Bankruptcy likely in the future after a couple of years; no respect, no quality....beware try someone else Meinke, someone NOT NTB unfortunately! ?

If I could give negative star I would! I need current manager contact info Robert and Ray are always reluctant to give me the info / number. No one has called me back. Trying to sue in small claims.

Went in for an alignment and they told me I needed all new struts and suspension items done instead . 150 vs 2500 dollar job. Thankfully they said they wouldn’t do an alignment that I requested cause it would be a waste of money. Got my struts replaced for cheaper(not by meineke) and car still wouldn’t drive straight. Went to get a second opinion at pepboys and it was a completely different part broken connected to my steering wheel. Wasted 1000+ getting my struts replaced and now got to repair a whole new part. Hoping that it wasn’t meineke who broke the steering wheel part while working on my vehicle. Very frustrated.

I was lucky, I called 20 minutes to closing to have state inspection and they were willing and quickly processed the service I needed. They were friendly and helpful.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and grave concerns regarding my recent experience at Meineke Car Care Center #2827, which has left me both disappointed and genuinely alarmed about the safety of your services.On August 29th, I visited your center for a routine oil change and tire rotation. While the service itself was not terrible, it took significantly longer than the estimated time provided. However, the real shock came on September 27th when I experienced a dangerous wobble in my vehicle while driving at 45 mph on the highway. Fearing for my safety, I exited and inspected my truck, then opted for side streets to get home.The following day, I immediately took my truck to Toyota of Dallas for an inspection. To my utter shock and dismay, they informed me that one of my wheels was loose. I personally witnessed this and discussed the issue with their service manager, who confirmed that three lug nuts on the driver's front wheel could be easily loosened with my fingers. Even more concerning, I was informed that a lug nut was entirely missing from my front passenger side wheel.I requested that Toyota of Dallas retorque the lug nuts, and I decided to address the situation with Meineke, expecting an earnest resolution. The diagnostic report from Toyota of Dallas stated, "Retorque all wheels to spec upon customer request, then found all four wheels not torqued properly to spec."I promptly contacted Robert at Meineke Car Care Center #2827, who assured me that the matter would be escalated to their Operations Manager, Robert Biddle. Despite reaching out to them on multiple occasions, I received no response, no apology, and no indication of any corrective actions taken. This blatant disregard for customer safety and lack of accountability is deeply troubling.When I reached out to Meineke Corporate for assistance, I was informed that this location operates independently and that there was little they could do to intervene. This response left me even more disillusioned with Meineke as a whole.I am appalled by the fact that a simple phone call to rectify a potentially life-threatening situation was seemingly too much to ask from Meineke Car Care Center #2827. I commute on highways daily, often with my wife and 13-month-old child in the vehicle, and the negligence displayed by this location is simply unacceptable.I want to emphasize that my primary concern is not just for myself but for the safety of others who may unknowingly visit this establishment. Meineke's lack of action and indifference towards customer safety is inexcusable.I now feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with friends, family, and coworkers, urging them to avoid Meineke Car Care Centers altogether. I sincerely hope that Meineke Corporate takes immediate and decisive action to address the alarming practices at this location and to ensure the safety of all customers.

They are very professional and at the same time they do care about the customers. I was here to fix heat sheet for my car and I loved they did for my car. I would definitely come next time again.

Told me that estimated time for state inspection as 45 min but didn’t even start for more than 90 min. Another business completed with in minutes. When I asked that it is getting late, the employee told me that he is doing the best he can and he couldn’t care less.

I wish I can hear first! I had went to 2 local shops and then to Firestone! My AC wasn’t working to full capacity! It was cold but not blowing hard enough. Firestone was a joke! They got my AC to blow harder but it’s not cold! I decided to go to Meinicke. Robert at the desk greeted me with a smile! He said he will check my freon at no charge. He can back and told me why I was not getting any AC. He had the part I needed on the shelf already and fixed my Ford Ranger! AC is working great now thanks to Robert

This placed pulled at my heart strings yesterday 8/21/23. After almost getting into accident due to break failure. They let me bring my car in and have it looked at. And was able to confirm my suspicions as to what was wrong. I left sad but they took care of my at least until I get to my destination. Helped recommend some repairs. Overall just great guys. It was so helpful to have across them during such a wild time. Thank you.

On a Thursday night around 10:16 PM, I was driving on the highway until I heard a noise. I took an exit and saw that my tire located on the right passenger side was flat. I wasn’t able to change the tire due to my spare having issues as well. Therefore, I had gotten my car towed to the closest Meinekeke at the time. Next day comes and I never heard any updates from them, so I called and a worker there had told me he was going to call me, that it’s busy for a Friday, and that he’ll update me on my car. Next day passes, still no update. I had called and a different guy answers and he told me they couldn’t get my car done until Monday. I understand that it’s busy, but no updates without me reaching out twice and I wished the first time I had the conversation with the guy would have told me that it couldn’t get fixed until Monday. I ended up getting it towed somewhere else and they instantly changed and fixed everything for me. Communication is important!Service: Tires

Meineke doesn’t deserve any stars. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning for repairs. My car was there for four business days. I did not receive a single phone call from Meineke. I called them three times over four days asking for status. Each time I called, Ray had no information to give me. No service was rendered by Meineke. On the fourth day I picked up the car and took it to the dealership for repairs.

I went here for my yearly state vehicle inspection and they took forever to inspect my car. My car is just a year old and they made me sir like 1 hour. I would not recommend someone to get a vehicle inspection here. Better save your time and go somewhere else. Though their employees were humble.
