Great repairs and customer service. My 2007 MX-5 looks like new again after being rear ended. I received daily updates by text or call. Carstar worked with the other driver’s insurance adjuster to get unseen damage fixed. They completed the repairs ahead of estimated timeframe. High recommended.

This is your go-to repair shop. Everyone was so helpful throughout the entire process. Ali was especially communicative, and she was incredibly helpful when I had any questions. My car looks brand new. So happy with the service from CarStar.

I took my car here after the storms hit at the end of June. My GMC Acadia had damage all over the place because trees feel on it. Major scratches across the side, under the carriage where the trees got stuck, and dents on the side doors due to the weight of the trees falling on top.
I got my car back yesterday, and it looks great! It looks brand new! They did an awesome job. Washed and detailed my vehicle before handing it over. Apart from this the customer service was fantastic! Allie, was great and kept in touch with me along the way. She also looped me in when they were having issues with my insurance, which I greatly appreciated!
This is the place to go! Overall, a great experience! ?

I had a highly distressing experience at Car Star Mr. Collision. The delivery of my car was delayed by an entire month beyond the promised timeline. When I brought up the possibility of a discount due to the delay, especially since I was not at fault and the insurance covered less than what they charged, Mr. Rick responded in an intimidating manner. He made it clear that I needed to pay immediately or face the threat of a lien on my vehicle.
Such conduct is completely unacceptable and has no place in any business. I have never encountered such behavior in my life. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this shop. There are many repair shops that treat their customers with the respect and professionalism they deserve. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I will never visit this shop again.

Great service. I went to them due to a no fault accident with a State Farm customer, and they are in network with State Farm. They did an amazing job on my Tesla (which some collision shops don’t want to touch), and the quality of their work was top notch. I hope I don’t need it, but they even offered lifetime warranty on workmanship.
Overall great experience and top service from all their staff.
