I highly recommend CARSTAR MVP Auto Collision Farmer’s Branch for your repair needs. The process from beginning to end was seamless, the communication and text status update alerts are so helpful, the entire team is very friendly and knowledgeable. My car was ready by the date promised, and they also offer towing and rental. When I picked up my car I was amazed at the quality, it was immaculate and beautifully detailed inside and out. It honestly looked like a new car! I’ve used this shop several times and have never had any issues, I’m so glad I found someone I can trust with our foreign cars. Choose this repair facility, you won’t be disappointed!

Been shopping around to fix a nasty paint scratch on my car. I expect a 4 digit price tag, that’s fine. Got 3 quotes from $1850 to $2500 at very reputable shops. These guys quoted me $3900+. FOR A MERE PAINT SCRATCH! Absolute joke do not go here. I don’t know why they tried to scam me.

Went in for an ac repair and they definitely went above and beyond. Not only was everything fixed up quickly, (a day faster than expected,) but my car hasn't looked this good in years. Thanks a lot Marcus and the rest at MVP.

Very professional and helpful in an emotional situation ! Made it a very easy process ! My car was messed up and i thought it couldnt be fixed and they fixed it and made it look brand new! I appreciate them to the fullest! 10/10 definitely recommend

I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. First of, Sean was exceptionally helpful in explaining the specifics of the estimates & Marcus was great with addressing specific issues I noticed after taking delivery of my vehicle, no questions asked and at no additional cost.
They are incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. While the initial repair timeline was estimated at three weeks, which seemed optimistic, I ultimately received my vehicle in about six weeks. Considering the extensive damage my car had, this was still impressive. My car looks and feels as good as new.
Highly recommend for their excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction. Great job, team!

I don't normally writes reviews but I gotta give a BIG shot out to Carstar MVP for doing an amazing Job with my 2014 Toyota Tundra. The paintless dent repair they did was outstanding. They are very good and knowledgeable at what they do. And work very fast. I definitely recommend them.

I've been using Carstore MVP Collisions for years actually since 2018. On my 2016 Equinox twice, and now my 2024 Trax. They do awesome work. I will definitely, I mean definitely would recommend them to anybody. You would and will be very pleased with the work Carstar MVP Collisions, do and does on and for your car's. All the words that describes awesome: this place is definitely under that category. The employees there are just as awesome as they're work. They care about their customers dearly. Great work Ladies and Gentlemen, you all are a great team!!!! They're even considered enough to wash and clean the inside and outside of your car's before returning it to you.
Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart. For all the years you've fixed both of my SUV''s from accidents. With these; I wake up in the morning getting and here's my licenses out of the cereal box drivers. DMV is just giving out licenses. It is what it is.

Really can’t say enough about this place! Fast, very efficient and great quality work! I dropped by truck off at 830 am with Marcus and he emailed me a quote by 11am and vehicle was fixed by 230 pm! They detailed my truck after, and looked and smelled brand new when I picked it up same day! Marcus and Sean are amazing. Great team work and super patient when answering all my questions. They were recommended to me and i will always recommend them!

There is literally no other place I would ever take my vehicles for repair ever again. Sean and his team at CarStar MVP are the best and most professional in the business!
My wife was rear ended in her car and I had it repaired ant another shop. Experience was ok and the work was good, except that I did all the work dealing with the insurance company to get it fixed. While her car was being repaired, someone ran a red light and T-Boned her in my truck. I had the truck towed to the same place. All I will say is that the quote as well as the previous experience didn't sit well with me. A friend recommended CarStar MVP to me. I went there and ended up talking to Sean, the owner. I showed him pictures of the truck to see what he thought, and he brought in his shop manager to look at them as well. I didn't expect any promises or guarantees what they could do without them going thru and appraising the damage, but I had a very good feeling about them personally. I had peace for some reason. I asked them if I could have it towed to them so they could look at it. Sean got on his phone and told me a wrecker will be there within 30 minutes.
At the end of the day, the peace that I had about them and this company was justified. I am SO GLAD that I moved my truck here! Honesty and professionalism is off the charts. The work they did was amazing. The mechanics that I talked to there were of the same character and professionalism.
I'm a perfectionist and I have high standards. I work at a company that has the same expectations. When you find a company that has the same standards and values, you've got to let people know.
