North American Van Lines did a fantastic job on our move from Dallas. The crews at both pickup and delivery were amazing. They were very respectful of our property and goods. Their professionalism was outstanding in every aspect, packing, moving, unloading, communicating and ensuring they met our needs. I highly recommend this company.

Beltmann was on top of ever aspect. They had great communication with me. Answered all my questions every time I called. They boxed everything super good. Not 1 thing broker or was nicked. Although I will not move again, if I was, I would definitely use this group again.

I had the best move with North American. I believe they’re also affiliated with Beltman Relocation, but the process was smooth no matter the name.Everyone we worked with was so professional. From the quoting to the load to the unload, it was really a great experience. We only had 2 items slightly damaged, but North American is working to make it right. With such a big move, our items were treated with care. I’ll definitely use North American again if we’re moving!

From the first phone call to the actual move, the entire Beltline team was fantastic. They were very kind and patient with my elderly parents and took great care packing and unloading their belongings. They made a stressful situation much easier for my family.

We had a first class experience with Beltmann Relocation Group. From our salesman Robert, our move coordinator Quylie and our driver Shawn everyone went above and beyond to take care of us. At the last minute on a holiday weekend and we were supposed to move that Monday, we had an emergency arise and had to postpone our move for a week and our Beltmann team took care of everything! Shawn and his crew were excellent and I cannot say enough about what a great job they did!! Thank you to everyone at Beltmann and North American for everything.

Move Consultant, Todd Westlake from Beltmann Relocation Group in Farmers Branch, Texas a division of North America Van Lines provided misleading information which resulted in huge inconveniences and financial burden.As a result I would NEVER again contact with Beltmann or North American for any type of move.

Team showed up early and was efficient loading the van for cross country move. Our truck driver Chris was awesome - had to back the truck up a hilly narrow residential street to unload and did so without issue. Local teams unloaded heavy items to lower level with minor damage. All in all got the job done and was a decent value.

I chose North American Moving Services over 3 other companies that gave me estimates because of how straightforward the estimate process was for my cross country move. The consultant that met with me, Robert McClary, explained the pickup and delivery date guarantee and the MVP coverage, and I was very happy with my decision. Now, I'm frustrated and disappointed, and feel like I’ve been lied to and scammed through the whole process.North American elected to split my belongings into 2 shipments, without notifying me that I would now have 2 delivery windows which voided the initial delivery window in my guarantee. The later delivery would not be covered by the delivery guarantee I had signed for in my contract, and no one at North American, including my move coordinator Quylie Bradford, could tell me where the other half of my belongings were, or when they may arrive. She advised me to purchase essential items that had not been delivered and I would receive reimbursement for those items. After multiple emails where she explained her attempts to contact the driver/delivery crew were unsuccessful I finally demanded to know the contact information for the company responsible for delivery so I could reach out to them myself, which I did, and was successful in contacting on the first try. The warehouse had all of my things ready to deliver, they just hadn’t because they didn’t have my contact phone number to arrange delivery. They explained they had reached out to North American on multiple attempts and were not given my contact information.The remainder of my items finally arrived a week after my guaranteed delivery window had closed. The crew apologized profusely for the delay and placed the blame on North American for not supplying my information to them to arrange delivery. They encouraged me to file a claim both for the delay, and for multiple damaged items I encountered during unloading. When I reached out to Quylie Bradford again, regarding starting a claim, she provided the claim information and again made no mention for voiding my delivery guarantee.I filed multiple claims for the delivery delay, replacement items I had purchased, and items that were damaged beyond repair during transport/storage. The claim for my damaged items is still pending, but the claim for my shipping delay and for my essential items reimbursement was denied. I received a check that covered less than a quarter of the cost of the items I was advised to purchase as a supposed goodwill gesture. The excuse for denying my delivery guarantee claim was that because North American decided to divide my shipment because it was overweight, the overflow portion could be assigned a new delivery window, thus voiding my guarantee. I was never assigned a new deliver window, and my shipments combined totaled 1,320 pounds LESS than my estimate, so it was not overweight.Making such a large move requires a great deal of trust in the moving company. Not only was I entrusting North American with all of my possessions, but also with a great deal of my money. It was a very expensive move, and I certainly did not get the service that I paid for. I interacted with six different employees from the time of my estimate until the last of my items were unloaded, and NO ONE made mention of the negation of my delivery guarantee or that a new delivery window had been assigned. Mishandling my move and not standing behind a guarantee on a signed contract is an exceptionally poor way to run a business, no matter how large or prestigious.

Everyone involved in our move from the packers to the loaders/unloaders, to the driver, and the coordinator were extremely professional and did their jobs perfectly. The move was efficient and pain free. Nothing is broken or missing.

Very poor service. Even though we booked the move three months in advance, they had our belongings for a month after loading them before they would deliver them. This cost us a fortune in hotel and restaurant bills, and we had to pay a months rent and utilities for a house we could not move into. The lengthy delay caused much undue stress for us. The person handling our move was unhelpful and unresponsive, often not returning our calls. I would not recommend this company.
