Best $ I ever spent! My 30 year old autistic son always has to be placed under general anesthesia to have bloodwork drawn. Shamakka came to the house and did it in 30 seconds!!!!!! She is the best!! Highly recommend!

Ms. Shamaaka was AMAZING. A friend recommended her after my 5 year old was left absolutely inconsolable when the doctor’s office was unable to draw blood from her tiny veins and she thrashed and fought them. She begged me never to make her do it again, but we absolutely needed the tests done. Enter Ms. Shamaaka who gave me great tips on what to do earlier in the day to make the whole thing easier when she came. Her bedside manner is fantastic. She’s great with kids. She’s fast and professional. The best part is that she listened to my child, respected her request to be told everything, and when she put the needle in, my baby said “that’s it!?!” This same kid had been screaming so loud in our last attempt that my mom could hear her from the lobby. If you or your child are afraid of needles, have sensory issues, are autistic, or otherwise need an expert phlebotomist, I can’t recommend Shamaaka more highly!

I have to get blood drawn frequently and have used many different labs. Shamaaka is by far the best and I will be using her from now on!

Shamaaka was prompt. She communicated with us from the setting the appointment until the appointment day. She was very friendly and courteous. She did a great job with my 5 year old was able to draw his blood on the first stick keep him calm and direct the adults on what to do. I will definitely consider her in the future!

We had to have labs drawn on our 11 year old autistic son and we were told about on the go mobile phlebotomy by his pediatrician. Setting up the appointment was very easy. We got prompt response from their representative and didn’t have to wait long for an appointment date. On the day of, the phlebotomist arrived promptly and was very professional. She helped us with the paperwork and completed the lab drawing very skillfully. We were so happy and comfortable with the whole experience. Our son who is usually agitated and non cooperative with things like this, was calm and more cooperative. The entire process took approx. 30 minutes. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our family and friends if needed.

If I could give ten stars, I would. Our company solicited onsite services over the course of a few days. Shamaaka is outstanding. She is courteous, knowledgeable, and her professionalism shines on it's own.When our schedule changed, Shamaaka was flexible and ensured we met our program goals.I highly recommend Shamaaka at On The Go Labs and look forward to working with her again.

Shamaaka was great with my 5 year old daughter! It looked like it didn’t even hurt! She was quick and responsive! I was confused about some part of the tests the doctor ordered and Shamaaka answered my questions. She’s also very patient and thorough. I recommend her!
