Lots of equipment with clear instructions on how to use them with clear safety procedures. Very spacious with plenty of room to move. Good atmosphere with good music. Very friendly, welcoming and approachable staff that are helpful and make the stay awesome. Mr A is a fantastic guy that always makes my day!

It's amazing how a franchise can differ so much by location and manager. I love this location. It's very clean, it's large, has plenty of up to date equipment to use and temperature is very cool and comfortable unlike the run down hot Alpha location. I immediately transferred my membership here. Its an inconvenience to drive here being the Alpha location is literally across the street from my home. But it's probably worth the drive to be able to work out in a place where they seem to care about the members experience. If you could, please send the manager from this location to fix the poorly run Alpha location. We would love a nice gym in our neighborhood too.

The staff is really rude. I came as a guess with my niece to visit this gym, and the experience was really bad one of the guys in the front desk was yelling at my niece telling her where was my guess pass, and asking random people to help us treating us like if we are stupid. This is the first and last time in this gym for us. Definitely not recommended this location. 👎🏻

I cannot say enough great things about this location! The staff is amazing and especially Gracious ( I think that’s her name) . She goes out of her way to help the guests and I appreciate it so much. Will be back to this location because it’s always so clean and welcoming compared to other gyms in the area 🙂

We are from out of state, visiting our son in Carrollton. We selected the Farmer's Branch location because the one in Carrollton was not yet finished. Wow, we are SO glad we did! The first time we entered, Andy was so gracious in explaining everything and accepting of our membership. Since then we have been several times and both Nick and Jacob have provided excellent service. They are very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. We truly believe we have been truly welcomed to this branch of Planet Fitness!!!

Recently switched to the Farmers Branch location and couldnt be more happy and impressed. The staff is courteous, cordial, and visible on the floor cleaning and restocking towels abd spray. Its also one of biggest locations ive been to.

"I’ve been a member of Planet Fitness for a while now, and I have to say, they’ve really turned things around in an impressive way! The recent upgrades in both the facility and the staff have made a huge difference in the overall experience.
First off, the gym itself has seen some fantastic improvements. The equipment is top-notch and well-maintained, with a wide variety of machines that cater to all fitness levels. Everything is always clean and organized, which makes working out here so much more enjoyable. The layout is well thought out, and there’s plenty of space to move around without feeling cramped or crowded.
But what really stands out is the staff. The new team is friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping members achieve their fitness goals. They’re always ready with a smile and willing to assist, whether it’s with a question about the equipment, offering workout tips, or just creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The vibe is completely different now, much more motivating and supportive.
The overall experience at Planet Fitness has gone from good to great. First and last visit to this location. As a Black Card Member I like to try different PF locations regularly. Service here was rough. Regional Manager asserted a power play in a rude and unprofessional demeanor. I felt disrespected by her attitude and hope to not be talked down to by someone like this again. Only keeping membership for the other locations.

I love planet fitness. Some of the things I love are that it is open 24 hours a day. Most of them are, at least. There's a few that close on weekends. But the ones I got to like Lewisville, Frisco, and Dallas are always open.
They are super cheap. Even the black card membership is like 26 dollars which is substantially less than most commercial gyms like LA fitness.
They have massage chairs and hydro massage chairs, which feel great after a workout. There's also tanning.
Machines are awesome, and they have everything you need.
I wish they had classes, but I can see how not having classes keeps the prices low.
