There have been several times I have not received a correct order. Items are usually missing. This last time on 12/13/23, my order was missing the side of rice, small Dr. Pepper and a cheese chimichangas dessert. I ask for corrections and got charged for the full price of the second chimichanga, and the rice. They said they had not charged me for the rice and the dessert. I brought this over charge to their attention and was met with a blank stare! They never gave me my drink. It was not my fault that can’t listen and fill an order! The restaurant is the one on Greenoaks Blvd and I-20 freeway in Arlington, Texas.

My money was taken off my debit card after I was told that my debit card was declined, so I paid for my food in cash, but my money was still taken from my account and I have tried to call the store but the line is always busy, so I don't know what to do about this issue. How can I resolve this issue

How does "The Community" feel about the Owners of Taco Bueno illegally hiring a female Hispanic Woman Whom is an Illegal-Alien/Resident, Whom has wrongly terminated multiple people at the Taco Bueno Location on East 500 Marshall Avenue in Longview Texas?!How would the Community feel if I told Them I might have been afraid to speak up at first, but I'll be damned if I don't speak up now! So yeah while working on East 500 Marshall Avenue, I saw a fellow Cashier spitting in people's food Whom had a complaint rightfully so, when They received an Order that was incorrect and She had to remake the Order!

In the last three visits I've made to Taco Bueno, they have missed something for my order. I've lost well over $10 and and paid for but not delivered food and they have made no attempt at trying to fix the situation. Call the store they never answer. Submitted a contact request, no reply. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

This is in reference to Taco Bueno in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. The cashier inside the store complained that our order was a large one and was going to take a long time to make it. Then, the credit card machine was broken and would not accept "chip" cards. The cashier said our card would not work there. This particular restaurant is frequently out of items or the containers for items ordered. We will not be wasting our time at this establishment again!

Went to grab dinner at the taco bueno in Norman, Ok on 12th ave and ordered 2 mucho nachos with extra meat. There was hardly any meat and the little bit it was on it tasted funny. So I call and the night shift manager answered and I explained my issues and he said he remembered me and I told him what the issues was and he said he looked at the food before he give me the food and everything was fine and portions where right and he watched them make it. So I said I guess iam a lair and he said I was and he wasn't going to do anything about it. So I said I will call corporate and he laughed and said he didn't care. So I will never go back there or any other taco bueno. Will never give them another penny. Hope they all go under. They don't even deserve a 1 star.

Back before Christmas 2022 i went to Taco Bueno on West Reno Ave. in Oklahoma City. I had the WORST customer experience EVER. I waited over 20 minutes at the drive thru speaker to get my order taken...it never happened. The big baby working there whined that they were short handed and wouldn't take my order. I commented,emailed a complaint and said contact me, here is my name, number and email address. I have heard NOTHING from this company. Whatever happened to customer service?

Taco bueno used to be the best. Customer service has gone down every where including the new location in McKinney on 121! If you want a successful franchise, hire people who have a desire to work and make money. Who actually have compassion for others. Update your kitchen standards because everything we ate was bad. In fact, we tossed our food after waiting in line for a second time for a missing item because of the poor quality. I understand stand it’s late but, we paid the same price as the first customers of the day. And kindly ask your drive through lady to have some manners and not blurt out, we’re closed! When I pulled though again to get our missing item.So irritating!

I usually love Taco Bueno and have never haf a problem at any one I've ever visited, however, the Taco Bueno located in Lawton, Oklahoma has such nasty, greasy food that it soaks through the wrappers and fills your plate up with puddles of grease. They also have some of the rudest employees I've ever seen. I've now tried to visit 3 different times at various times a day and still it's the same problems. I'll never go back and I'll always be sure to warn everyone to not go there because I know that nothing will change at this location because I've spoken to several people that have agreed with me about the same complaints. Many of them have told me that they too have complained at the location just as I did and still nothing changed or got better.

Terrible Service at Burleson location!! Diane the so called Manager was horrible. Should not be in her position. She rudely interrupted me all the way through my order then refused to give me my food because I asked for her managers name.

Ieno on .meridian and nw39th expressway okc horrible corporate office needs to make a surprise visit horrible service in drive thru waited 20 minutes for party burrito with on car ahead of us and girl didn't speak very good English either you all need to inspect t the pla e a day d read the reviews!!

Made a complaint on taco bueno website . Typed a review , left my phone number and also asked to be contacted about the matter! This is my first time ever complaining on a restaurant (fast food) or any to be specific. This location has an awful employee who needs to be addressed after she ripped me off and didn’t give me a receipt here it is 2 months later I have not heard nothing and I’ve encountered her multiple times since . I get food their for my kids often but I guess they don’t care about their customers even when they get purposely over charged , cupons thrown away in trash and not used by rude employee who can’t speak English barely and still hasn’t given me a receipt the last 3 times . Maybe someone their will see it but with the 1 star review - I have no hope . This is sad you guys . The store I’m referencing closes on their OWN hours , highly unprofessional staff, puts only accepts cash on the speaker weekly and also never has taco meat?!?!?! This isn’t a one or two time thing …this is weekly I live 3 blocks over . It’s the worst I ever seen. The lady was so rude today I had to check for spit in my food which is sad like the location and management . Why have a complaint section to ignore customers who maybe could help you out by knowing how sick your location is being ran.
