Pretty bad. Manager lady was yelling at her crew the whole time. She told them their jobs were on the line if they didn’t work faster. When it comes to oil in my car, I’d rather it be done right than fast. I won’t be visiting this location again.

I’m loyal to the Take 5 location on Beltline and near Marsh. Their staff is what makes them amazing. They’re friendly, explain what they’re doing in detail, and really give the best service. They’re the reason I keep coming back. The only reason for not giving five stars is that if there’s a line it’ll take a while, which is not always convenient. However, I will wait in that line for the the service that’s provided.

Everyone was very polite and explained all that was going to be done prior to starting. The change was very quick and efficient! We highly recommend this specific location as all the young men there were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable! Going back next week with our other vehicle ?

Incredibly fast service. Just drive right in and stay in your car while it's being worked on. The staff is friendly and helpful. All the fluids, wiper blades and air filter is checked as well. I highly recommend!

Wonderful woman did my oil change for me on my way thru traveling with my granddaughter and dogs. She was courteous, gave us treats, even my golden retriever and chihuahua, and we were on our way! First class lady and service!!

Wonderful experience. Dylan and Brendon work very well together. They were friendly and informed me of everything as they did it. I appreciated that. On top of that I was given a great coupon offer from take 5 that gave me $25 off!Service: Oil change

The Place was not like other Take 5, It's grubby and looks broke down.Staff smiled but dripped Fluids from the Synthetic Oil onto my motor until I spoke up, then half wiped it up. No offense but the guy could barely reach in there.They told me they couldn't do my tires cause the Compressor was down nor could they check my tire pressure for some reason.108.00, never saw them lift any caps under the hood.Will never visit this location again, first and last.

I’ve used them a couple times now and they’ve always been great! Nice and friendly, aren’t pushy about upselling, honest about wait times, and last time they brought me a bottle of cold water while I waited. I’m definitely planning to keep using them ?Services: Tires

This is the second time I have taken my vehicle to Take 5 but the first time at this location. When I got the truck home I noticed a spot on my driveway. My truck has never leaked oil so I thought maybe it's just a little bit of overspill. It wasn't. My wife drive my truck and parked in a different spot and there was a large spot. I took the truck back and they said it was my transmission leaking but the doors were oil not transmission fluid. They offered to do another oil change to see if that would stop the leak. Again still leaking. I took it back again and was told again that it's the transmission and when I disagreed I was told it was the rear main seal. If you have ever had a rear main seal leak you know oil is everywhere! I took pictures before I went back so I showed them my pictures which showed the oil filter leaking. They did another full oil change for and all. Guess what it stopped leaking. I guess it wasn't my transmission or a rear main seal.I will say that they did make it right but I had to come back twice and argue with them to get it done.

My teenage daughter went here for an oil change and they stripped the oil plug. Sadly it was a slow leak they caused so now they are saying they aren’t responsible. How is that? I had my mechanic check out the car and only thing he found wrong was the damaged oil plug. However the Regional Manager did exactly what you would expect. Hey talked down to her because she’s a teenager and female. Imagine that. When I called him he hung up on me and said he wouldn’t talk to me. Wow…hung up and refused to help.In case you’re wondering, he told her he researched online all day and found that it was a cam shaft position sensor that was leaking oil. What? Are you kidding me? That’s on the top of the motor and the oil was coming from the bottom.The best part is that the current people at Take 5 said they weren’t surprised because of the people who was working there at the time was screwing up all types of things.I highly do not recommend anymore….btw this is the location I always used for my autos

Evelyn is hard-working and has a great attitude. Great customer service skills, great smile, and definitely a great image for your company. Also, the other guy, Lin changing my oil, did a great job trying to remove my oil filter. It's kind of in a strange location.

I went in for inspection I was greeted by a gentleman name Cameron and he was very polite and told me the lady name Evelyn will come and do my inspection and she did it and was very nice and was funny! They both were very warming and so helpful!

I don't write reviews often however i physically can't not write one on this store. My last oil change was with this location at the end of april. 1st, the 2 employees working top side were rude and frankly seemed lazy and not interested, consistently on phones or talking etc. However my real issue comes with the $8,000+ damage left on my car after they stripped my oil plug cap out causing all the oil to drain out of my car and blow up my engine. I am a 19 year old college student who was just trying to upkeep my car but now am having to struggle everyday since my car broke down, putting me out wild amounts of money/ missing work and classes just from the negligence of this shop. If you like your car and want to be able to make your bills next month take your car to somewhere that will actually take care of you and not leave you with thousands of dollars worth of damage, emotionally drained and stressed beyond compare. RIP my Mazda 6.
