Both employees were very friendly. The gentleman who the other person said was the packing expert lived up to the billing. He did a great job rolling up a king size mattress topper and fitting it into a large box that he picked out for me after measuring it. Great customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at this UPS store. I came in with a complicated Amazon return order, 8 large boxed items, and a very confusing set of return labels from Amazon. The owner Sundeep quickly assessed my issues, worked diligently to help resolve every single one, and processed my return in a short amount of time. So thankful for this store and the helpful staff. Would give 6 stars if I could and recommend this store to anyone for their shipping needs!

At this UPS Store, Rubin was extremely helpful with insuring my package was taken care of and shipped correctly. The team at this location is always very helpful and willing to assist with making sure your package is well taken care of for transport.

These guys are amazing. I have been going here for 16 years, same owner. They are always well staffed very friendly and most helpful. They know why I am there and do everything I need without me having to tell them each time...lot of the same employees for years at a time.

The employees here are always so friendly and helpful! I feel like the store is always well staffed and even when they’re busy they get to me quickly. I return packages to Amazon a good amount, and I always choose this store to return them to. Thanks especially to the manager and to Spencer, both of whom I am always happy to see working when I come, because I know I’ll get excellent, friendly, efficient service!

Exceptional service every time we go to this UPS location. Staff is fast, knowledgable, and just plain good. Highly recommend if you are looking to ship a package or get a notary service.

Was told package was ready for pickup and only needed an ID to verify. Worker didn’t even bother to confirm if tracking numbers matched before making me jump through multiple hoops to confirm my address and identity for 20 minutes before realizing it was not my package, the tracking numbers didn’t match,and package was not even received at the store. Wouldn’t recommend this location with incompetent workers.

Wow! I am always impressed with this particular location. There is another UPS store walking distance from my house, however I ALWAYS drive to this location. It’s clean, the team is efficient and more importantly they’re nice, friendly, and engaging. Good old fashioned customer service. It’s nice to find. Oh and this is not a one off, I have been making this trip for the last two years and will continue to do so. Do yourself a favor and make the trip!
