Probably the worst Post Office around.. Some days i get mail and some days i don't.. I'm not sure how someone can't finish a route when starting at 7am. They constantly delay packages and will put customer request to be held at post office.

Most post offices have rude works. Every one I go to but here, I have Laura!! I appreciate her. I bring lots and lots of packages and she is very nice and patient. Thanks, Laura for putting up with me!

Very bad experience at this office. With the exception of Josue, three black girls there are very unprofessional(one of the was sleeping on the job). They are not helpful, they have an attitude. They all seem like they don't like their job, maybe they should look for something else. I've read some reviews for this office, 99% of them are negative, and they all seem to complain about the same issues. Also, with so many complaints, why are they still working for such an important U.S. service. Please do something about this. I, for one, will not be going back even if I have to drive farther...it's worth it.

The employees here need some sort of pick me up. They seem tired and disinterested in helping. The mail delivery is awful. The mail persons are talking on the phone and they mis deliver mail constantly.

This place needs to be investigated and probably everyone fired. Huge line of people with one person working in the desk as slow as molasses. She slowly goes to the back to get someone’s small package. It takes her five minutes to retrieve it and the whole time we’re hearing her argue loudly with several of her coworkers about people talking about her behind her back. All of us standing in the waiting area hearing this go on.

Worst post office in Texas...
I wish I could give it 0 stars. Very rude staff. Packages sit there for days before someone sorts and puts it where it goes, my customers reach out with concerns that their packages were lost, and they are grossly understaffed. Even mailing items out take over a week to travel 1 hour away at times. I've also seen them THROW my package in a bin behind them. I spoke with 2 different managers in hope of working out the issue before writing this review.

miserable miserable people here. customer service? they don’t know what that is… everytime i come here it’s like i inconvenienced them or they take their time with everybody just to hold off on the next. IF YALL DONT WANT TO WORK HERE THEN FIND SOMETHING ELSE AND GO HOME. hate coming here but it’s the only place close by. it’s like all the employees here are so monotone also, like sheesh ask how my days been.

Don’t understand why the ladies that work here act like you’re infringing on their social time when you walk in. Finishing personal conversations first is more important that doing their job or even saying hello. The most apathetic tones and attitudes I’ve ever seen. Acted like I was asking too much for her to go grab my husbands mail after she didn’t grab it the first time. Couldn’t be bothered to look at me handing me the mail.
If you hate your job that much, there are others out there just fyi

Extraordinarily rude and inattentive staff. I’m not opposed to work conversations but when it’s clearly affecting your work efficiency and directly in front of patrons, embarrassing.

Absolutely the worst Postal Branch in Texas--- Never the same person, mail comes different times every day and that's if they decide to deliver to your house. They appear to hold mail and then bundle it for another day or pass off to another person. Darn it! where did the prompt, enjoyable Postal carriers go ??

It would be nice if the workers (talking about the woman specifically this time) didn’t throw the packages into the bin like they were playing basketball even tho it says FRAGILE everywhere on the package. Job ain’t that hard.

This is the worst customer service I ever experienced. We need to pay $35 to get a mail key to our mail box at our apartment complex. They told me 3/10/25 , I would receive a phone call the next day. Until now 3x I walk in to see about my key , yesterday the employee siting scratching her head and spoke to me in a very tiring voice said No the guy that does keys did make it yet . Today the older lady says he was busy and could make the key ?! Try Tuesday ? What kind of service is this ? We have important documents coming to our mail box that’s owned by this post office .
Please hire a staff that’s friendly and can resolve small issues like a mail key .

This post office sucks. The 1 lady who is always in a piss poor mood who wears the mask all the time “Covid is over with now lady” she always talks like she just doesn’t care which I know she doesn’t. She hates her job and tbh I hate going there that I’ve changed post office drop offs now. They need to find someone and replace her bc the vibe is always terrible when she is working and unfortunately the only one that works at times.
