I've had two packages go missing while living in this area. One has been "In Transit" since Oct 23,2023. The other, an engagement ring, was delivered to the wrong box and probably stolen.

Mail delivery personnel can’t read addresses. I have repeatedly gotten random peoples mail for months and they still can’t deliver anything correctly.

This service is awful. They lied for an attempted delivery that was never attempted. I went in the post office to cash a USPS money order that was verified on the USPS website and Mariam Schimm. She played like she could not find the money order in their system, but I had it pulled up in their system. She still denied it. I went down the street to the post office on Royal, and they cashed it in less than 3 minutes.

A delivery was delivered to the wrong address. They retrieved it the same day I notified them and delivered it the next day ... though it required some patience in sitting on hold for a while ... at the end of the day, the post office hand delivered my delivery to my front door which I feel is top-notch service. Kudos on them for providing great customer service.

I did not want to come to this location but I ended up coming here and now I certainly realize why this location has such a bad reputation. There was an extremely rude employee at the window who chose to go off of me. I asked her with respect what her name was. She completely ignored me as if I was a ghost standing right in front of her window. If you don't like your job, please quit and let someone else do a better job who knows what they are doing and are willing to show their genuine respect to customers.

Awful. From the minute the phone was answered I could tell I wasn’t going to be helped. Somebody there is stealing items from packages and delivering empty envelopes. I put a claim in and received no help and was told to put in another claim. Was told the package was delivered and when I said it was empty they told me that wasn’t true. So where is my item and why was the envelope in my key locked mailbox empty and ripped open?

Employees at this location are extremely unprofessional. I got a supercharge on a selling app because of the LAZYNESS of an employee.the other day I dropped off 2 packages which i needed a receipt and the clerk weighed BOTH packaged at the same time causing me get a superchase. Also most the employees there are always rude every time I drop something off they have an attitude & I’m not the first one saying this there’s A LOT of reviews complaining about the rude clerks. This location needs new employees that actually want to work there at the end of the day they are getting paid and it’s not like they’re working for free.

USPS in general is awful, but this office has been ridiculous. I have a small business and my package was lost. I was told to contact this local post office as this is where my packages are sorted from my warehouse. Shelton, the manager, told me to come here because he said he’d be able to issue a refund and mentioned that they don’t normally do that, but that he would do that for me since I’ve had such a difficult time getting a refund with my case. I came to the office and he didn’t even come out but told the staff that he wasn’t able to do anything. This post office is 30 min from me, I’m 8 months pregnant, and waited for 45 min before leaving with no resolution to my case. Absolutely unacceptable and so rude. Hire better people.

I really wish the State will step in and hire new employees and carriers for this location. I only met one Hispanic guy who is always pleasant at the counter. Other than that everyone else acts as if you’re getting on their nerves, no customer service skills.And I’ve been in my home over 8 years so I’m familiar with this location. But it’s rediculous!!!!

Package said “delivered” but was never delivered and I don’t have it still. Horrible customer service when they don’t successfully deliver your package but say they did. No help from the delivery guy either to see if it’s still on the truck.
