First of all, I am one who respects rules and peoples time.
Today I pull up at this Walgreens, look in the window and I see a big Clock on the wall that says 130, as someone walks up they said we’re starting our lunch, I look at the clock again It says 131. I said can possibly you show some courtesy and give me my prescription? I dropped it off earlier because I was in the area, but I live 35 miles away.
Blonde lady named Roxy comes to the window and could have not been more rude with her words, attitude, and demeanor/body language.
She spends about the next three minutes explaining to me that they only get 30 minutes for lunch and work long hours and other things, then finishes with our computer system is shut down anyways, as I’m looking at three monitors at the counter that are lit up.
Absolutely terrible customer service.

This is my second time that Walgreens has put back my medicine 5 days before it had to be picked up.

I've going to this Walgreens for years and have not had an problems. I've moved to a different location but I still use this Walgreens. The staff is so very helpful. Thank you. Good job staff❤️❤️

Pharmacists are professional but overwhelmed.
There is a short Indian/Middle Eastern pharmacy tech there that discusses patients' charts/medical history with his colleagues loudly enough to where patrons waiting on their prescriptions can hear. Unprofessional and possibly illegal.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. The WORST inept pharmacy ever! They have very little RX stock so you have to wait for them to "order" it in. Most of the pharmacy techs are rookies at best with the exception of one. Absolute surly male pharmacy manager! They cheated me out of a coupon I had for an expensive prescription after I had called in my refill and spoke to a female pharmacist who GUARANTEED me my RX would be filled at the coupon price. When I went to pick it up, they told me it was "erased" by a rookie tech by mistake and they could not get it back. REALLY?? I have had problem after problem with this pharmacy...too numerous to mention. Do yourself a favor...go elsewhere! PS: The store is filthy too!

Pharmacy - COVID-19 23-24 DoseNot a friendly/humane environment. My appointment to receive the vaccine was 33 minutes late (there were no lines). Both male pharmacists seemed stressed due to the "short staff" (their words), and they never apologized for the delay.As for the shot itself, no greetings, words, nor instructions were ever given (initial and waiting recommendation/protocol), just a "go ahead and pull your sleeve).

I wanted to share my gratitude for the manager, Karen. I bought some items that were bogo and when I got home realized the savings had not been captured and I was charged. I went back later that evening and she graciously worked with me to resolve the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. I appreciated her efficiency in solving it, she could have easily made the issue difficult and sharing what I should have done but she didn’t. Thanks!
