Every other Wells Fargo turned me away when I needed a notary. None read the papers correctly nor listened to me, but Kimberly did. It was fast and easy! Note to come here for any notary!

ATM is always down! Such an inconvenience for a branch that’s right off a main highway.

Went last week to this Wells Fargo because the one by my house was closed, didn’t expect it to be closed in the lobby but after reading the sign they had on the door I went to the drive through. The employees were very nice and polite, I asked them why their lobby is closed since I could see all the people pulling on the doors desperately. Apparently they are short staffed and that makes sense, ever since COVID a lot of places have been short staffed or even closed. Props to them for working in a short staffed job, I’ve been there before and it’s definitely not easy. Reading these past reviews from recently you can tell which people are born entitled, maybe if they care to ask instead of assuming they’d think different. For those like me who don’t mind a wait, this branch is not necessarily an issue.

Had to deal with a simple matter with my business account. Only 1 banker here and had no idea what he was doing. Seems like you should have a bare minimum amount of competency in order to deal with peoples money.

Took my cards and check and form and noped off for 15-20 mins in the middle of the transaction at the drive thru. I couldn't leave without my license or anything until she came back. Sign on the front door says they were closed and didn't answer branch phone when i tried calling

Your workers lock the doors 15 minutes before close almost every day and what’s more annoying is this location is closed more often than they’re open. Just go to the other one down the road. It’s nicer and actually adheres to the hours posted on their doors.

They don’t make change for non-customers and don’t even ask if you’re interested in opening an account. They just send you on your way after telling you they don’t make change for non-customers. Definitely not interested in opening an account with Wells Fargo after this.

Still sitting here waiting to cash a check. 20 minutes has gone by. Originally tried in the drive through, but needed my pin and had to come inside. It's not even busy. No communication or concerns from the staff on what is taking so long.

This isn’t necessarily for this Wells Fargo, just Wells Fargo in general. I missed my lunch break to wait in line to get a new card, just for them to tell me they don’t do temporary cards only Apple Wallet. (They could have said that in the email they sent out instead of telling me to go in to the store). The guy assured me every store accepts Apple Wallet and I can deposit money into the ATM with it. I wait in line at the ATM, and of course the Apple Wallet was down. So I go to another ATM and wait in line, no surprise it’s also down. If you’re going to force at to us Apple Pay, make sure your ATMS work! I’ve tried to use this Apple Wallet ... no place accepts it. I can’t pay for anything online. I’m continuously going in circles and being inconvenienced by this. How hard can a simple temporary card be???

1 teller in the front, 1 teller in the drive thru .....7 people in line..on a Friday. I definitely don't go into a branch very often and now I see why. Miguel provided wonderful customer service!! He is the reason for the 3 stars!

My review is for the automatic teller machine at this location as I came here after hours and did not encounter any Bank personnel. Just like the bank the ATM is in a pretty good location right at the corner of Lyndon Baines Johnson Freeway and Midway Road. If you are headed south on Midway at that intersection the bank is very convenient to get in and out of. Not so much if your coming from the south and headed north. The drive-thru ATM is on the freeway side of the bank making it pretty convenient. It is in a well-lit area and appears to be pretty safe. This is not my regular Wells Fargo location to go to but it is convenient for me as I passed through here oftentimes a couple times a day. I have seen the reviews of some other folks who have had problems with the Personnel at this location however like I said in the beginning I have not encountered any of the employees so it would not be fair for me to comment either way on that matter.

Really bad branch. The manager doesn't care about the costumers she is rude, and very demeaning. I don't understand how someone with zero people skills can be a manager. I waited for an hour for her to approve a payment she made me wait for no reason and she didn't even apologized after she knew it was her fault. When I asked her why was she stopping my payment she just replied "I don't know" and directed her attention to someone else.

Horrible service. Since the new manager took over the customer service and overall experience is just Nasty. This morning one of my employees went to the branch to cash a check and they gave them all kind of excuses not to do so. After almost an hour of waiting and calling back and forth I had to drive to the location to find out what happened. After a short talk with a teller telling me that the funds were available and that everything was in order that the African American woman that serves as a manager didn't wanted to cash it. I directed my self to her and with the nastiest attitude she looked and me and told the cashier to approve it. I don't understand what is going on but one thing is for sure. I am closing my account and going elsewhere.

I have done business banking for over 8 years with this location on Midway and 635. I have seen many great manager come and go, but I always happy with the changes because somehow they always manage to get great staff with awesome customer service until now. After complaining about the horrible manager policies to customer services, the regional manager and pretty much everyone that should matter I decided to take my business elsewhere. It saddens me to say that this bank has one of the worst managers I have seen. 0 customer service, 0 willingness to serve, and the worst attitude you could get from a bank manager. So long Wellsfargo.
