It's my 2nd time in this bank and it's been an amazing customer service experience, very sweet and nice staff. You can ask for Steven Leamon or Brenda Conde they both are very professional in their job. Thank you guys.

Visiting the US from the UK we found our credit card declined to stop potential fraud. A kind lady took us to this bank to try to sort it out and we were treated superbly. Steven Leamon attempted several option and finally contacted the UK to resolve the problem. It must have been around 45 minutes to an hour getting everything... read full comment
