Tried to pay for $20.00 worth of parts on Sat at 4 pm. Couldn't take my 100 and give me $80.00 change. Told me to go to Brookshires for change. They still have their parts. Done.

I pretty much have had good experiences here. Staff have been helpful. Only one kinda of two bad experiences but not really, but the staff was seriously trying to help. Just faulty test equipment years ago. Everything else has been great. Been going to them for maybe 10 years. Almost always had what I needed. Can't have every part for every car I suppose lol.

Every time my experience has been horrific waste of time. If you need chinese made parts order them on line form someone else. It will be faster and you will get the correct part.

Friemdly staff, very helpful. They have what you need on stock or you can pick it up in a day or two. Order the wrong part, they take it back.

Walked out to a dead battery less than two hours ago. I called to see if they had a battery in stock and Noe answered my call. He was incredibly helpful and kind. Got a jump and headed over. Noe had the battery waiting for me, got me checked out, and went out in the cold to change it out. I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I didn't get the names of the two other gentlemen that helped, but all three of the team members were great! Noe was a bright spot for me today. Thank you Farmersville O'Reilly!
