Manuel at Strong Peir did 21 piers on our rental property years ago and he just rechecked his work, for free, for a loan refinance we were doing. It's still good work and we were able to get our refinance loan pushed through. Thank you Manuel!

Manuel and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. He kept his schedule exactly as he laid it out for me. The work was done in a short time and the results could not have been better. His crew was friendly, respectful, and the process was like watching a well-oiled human machine. Being from the construction world, I can honestly say recommend their service to anyone. Manuel and his crew did an awesome job at fixing my foundation issues. I had slab issues in my garage and pier and beam issues under my house. His crew was very professional and cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend them I know I will only use them in the future they are great at correcting issues this Texas soil causes on foundation.

Strong Pier Foundations came recommended from some Investors I work with, so I knew I was in good hands. Manuel and his crew were amazing and did an excellent job at replacing our sewage line, all in a single day. We got a quote from another local plumbing company and Strong Pier's quote was almost half the cost, with quality work.I will recommend this vendor to anyone looking for Foundation work or Sewage line work.

The crew showed up every morning and worked hard all day. What I thought would only take 2 days actually took 3 because of the damaged wood. They replaced a lot of wood and leveled it and now All the doors open and close! Thanks guys for all of your hard work! Plus it was way more affordable than some other bids.

I wish I could give nothing but 5 stars as I originally would have after the initial visit, however poor communication and unable to keep dates and commitments make it fall. The initial visit was great even though communication was still a challenge, was always hard to get a date held but they followed through came in and got the job done. Was always very polite. However when a follow was needed it took several months to get a date set and then communication always fell through. We completely understand the busy schedule of a business but also a business needs to understand the schedule of its customers as well. We worked with the company for every reschedule, for every no show, and ever fall through. We cannot continue to wait all day for someone to show and then they don’t and don’t communicate sometimes for days. That’s not a way to do business. We were told that there was another issue (which I’m also unsure how this wasn’t seen the first time) and we would be called back to discuss and find options. This has never happened. Even though we were promised life time warranty I feel as if it’s now all money down the drain because if we cannot ever get the commitments to be followed through with then it’s all the same when we now have to search for someone else. Just very disappointing when you had high hopes and really wanted to love the company.*Update: even after they’ve commented on the review they wanted to make it right and will be reaching out to me, I again still have not heard anything back. My foundation has even gotten worse.

Terrible.Did not do the work they were contracted to do.Ripped me off. Everytime owner promised to come and fix it properly, kept standing me up. Finally got someone else to do the job properly.Anyone wanting to contract this clown, Feel free to contact me if you need the truth.

1. Lack of communication: Never pick up any phone call and rarely response to text;2. Unreliable: ghosted me three times before finally showing up;3. Bad repair done: foundation start having issue again in less than a year;4. No after-sales service: paid to get the warranty certificate transferred and never received the new certificate.Conclusion: Good luck doing business with them, because you will need another repair, and you will never get it.
