“These guys really did me a solid today.
I showed up at 12:15 not knowing they closed at 1:00. I had what I knew would be an involved auxiliary battery replacement. I told them I would completely understand if they couldn't get it done by 1:00 and didn't want to work on it today. They assured me they could get it done and not to worry.
Sure enough it did turn out to be pretty involved but they were more than happy to stay until the job was finished.
