I have banked at this institution for over 20 years and have always loved it until recently. They are so rude and unhelpful. I definitely do not recommend this bank. I am considering closing my account and moving to another establishment that has better customer service.

Banked at this location here in farwell for the last 14yrs never having any issues, loved the home town feeling but now it is horrible! Most the time are greeted with attitude and rudeness

Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Terrible service.
