Locally owned pharmacies are rare and I hope this one stays

I really want to love this small, local pharmacy but for the 2nd time I was not notified that an RX (a simple antibiotic) would need to be ordered and would take a day+ longer - very frustrating when you need your RX sooner rather than later. On top of not having the RX and not calling me, they transferred it to another pharmacy without calling me first and asking if that was ok with me. I guess it's back to the big box Kroger Pharmacy from now on. Avoid this pharmacy - do not recommend!

Wish we started using Fate pharmacy sooner. No complaints always quick and polite when we get prescription.

I got tired of waiting in line at the big chain pharmacies or waiting 25+ min on the phone to talk to someone. I’ve been so happy with the customer service here at Fate Pharmacy because they go above and beyond. Most times I need a prescription, I call as I leave the pediatrician’s office in downtown Rockwall and 9 times out of 10, they have it ready by the time I arrive (about 10 min). They offer free curbside which is so convenient with littles in the car. I cannot say enough about how thankful I am for a more efficient and helpful pharmacist!

Came in this morning feeling like I was down on my luck w/CVS and other pharmacies having a shortage on meds and FATE pharmacy had everything I needed! The pharmacist was very patient and kind. Had the meds I needed and was very affordable. I highly recommend! Customer service is 5 star!

I love this pharmacy! Their staff are always friendly and helpful and my medication is filled quickly. I had been using a big pharmacy before switching to Fate. The previous place was rude most of the time, took hours at best to fill a prescription and sometimes more than a day because they were too busy to get to it they said. It always felt like they were doing me a favor that cost them personally just to get a refill. I'm so glad I switched last year!
