He was fast and officiant. Reginald was very kind, caring, and overall passionate about his job. Not only did he help me but while he was making copies of my papers he did amazing as multi-tasking. We are blessed whenever we go there.It's a little small place but that's not an issue. If only every staff member were like Ms Connie's clones, UPS and FedEx might go out of business (tongue in cheek a bit but we are that impressed by her.)”
