They have about the best selection around. The staff is knowledgeable and not just point you in the right direction, but take you to what your looking for. Also, the prices are reasonable.

Showed up not knowing a thing about wines, Employee named Chris asked if we needed help looking for anything, and he was on top of it! Dude taught me so much about wines in like 45 minutes. THIS DUDE NEEDS A RAISE! idk what hes getting paid but it should be more. He was super personable and even bought us a bottle with his own card! He really couldve just pointed us in the right direction and been on his way but instead he did all this for me and my girlfriend. Awesome experience all around.

Consumer Beware! Do not order for delivery from this Spec's location. If it is 7:00 p.m. or later there is a very high liklihood they will simply cancel your order and do so without notice. This location has now done it to me 4 times. Look at pix for proof. Apparently, I am slow to learn a lesson. Don't be like me. BTW ... when I changed my order from Spec's to Total Wine it was fulfilled and delvered by Uber Eats without issue. The issue lies with Spec's not Uber.

The Spec’s in Rockwall is one of my favorite locations. The employees there are extremely nice and most importantly, very willing to help. I was there with a friend and an employee named Chris approached and asked if we needed assistance. His knowledge of spirits, wine and champagne blew me away. He also gave us pretty good suggestions when deciding on what to purchase and was well versed when it came to pairings. I would suggest anyone looking to make an alcohol purchase to go to this store. You will not be disappointed.

The majority of the staff here is friendly and helpful. We've visited multiple times and only had one negative experience with a cashier, who seemed off likely due to the lack of oversight. Overall, the team is very knowledgeable about wine and provided excellent recommendations.
