“It's a little way out in the boonies, but Buck Eckermann has been a friend for years. They will cut you anything your heart desires while you wait. You don't have to worry about it sitting in a meat case for days. You're a sausage aficionado? They have a multitude of flavors. Summer sausage, beef, beef and pork, jerky, on and on. Prices? Quite reasonable. Bring your 100 quart igloo cooler and fill it up for the freezer! Get some fresh ground burger, and then get some from the grocery store and look at the coloration of the fresh ground vs store bought.”
