Got a drink paid for it, waited for my husband to pay for his, showed the clerk the cheescake that was molded and expired. Husband paid for his drink and we went to leave and was told by the clerk that I didn't pay for my drink and was forced to pay for it again after being called a liar and a thief. Threatened me with the cops and everything.

I recently moved to the area, and dont really know many folks. This 7-11 is my regular and Anna has been nothing but a sweetheart. Very kind, and helped me feel comfortable in an environment I’m still very new to (Californian transplant lol)

The lady working the register was super nice and friendly and even asked us for our rewards, which we don't get often at most 7 elevens. :) She made our stop a pleasant experience!

We visited the store on Saturday, September 3rd and Sunday, September 4th while we were camping at Son’s River Ranch. Monique was absolutely amazing with every customer we witnessed entering the store while we were there. She was so friendly and helpful to everyone she served. We were there with our 2 children and she made them feel so important and special during the brief visits. Our children were singing her praise when we got in the car. I hope this woman gets promoted to something wonderful for this company. She’s an absolute gem!

This store has had lots of Ups and downs through the years but they seem to be getting it together and I absolutely love the current staff there is the most wonderful lady working here she exemplifies customer service and human kindness I will update with her name next time I shop there, being this is the store closest to home and we live in remote rural area I am truly thankful for 7-11 getting it together and having wonderful employees again!

BEWARE!!! Employee named VICTORIA definitely does not like her job!! Everything from her body language to her attitude screams...."GO AWAY, YOU ARE BOTHERING ME". I used to frequent this store because it is so close to my home. NOPE, (smh) you couldn't pay me to step one foot in that store as long as that hateful shrew is employed there. I'd rather drive 15 miles than deal with that.

The owners son, Manny, is a complete and utter d******* to customers and should NOT be working there. My card got declined on a coffee and he cussed me out. I was a regular and I'll never be going back there again. FIRE MANNY

I want to say the manager and employees at the 7-Eleven in Fentress Texas are extremely nice and very helpful. I do want to say they receive little or no support from corporate. The manager tried to do everything he can to make the store presentable and take care of the customers. But like I said he has no support from corporate they might come by once in a blue moon and give him a hard time on what needs to be done around the store. But I have a feeling if they left him alone and let him run the business there it would turn out a lot better than them coming by once every four months and telling him what he's doing wrong. After all he spends about 80 hours a week up there at that store working. As with any retail they keep his payroll down so low he cannot afford to have enough employees to take care of the customers. They expect the employees to stock merchandise keep the store clean the store and wait on a large amount of customers. This store has gotten so busy in the past year they have not kept up with customer service. Maybe a visit from the district manager might be in order if he can tear himself away from his vacation 11 months out of the year.

Service is either mediocre or rude. Don't bother walking inside to pay because it makes you repeat the process at the pump just about every time. Money goes "back into your account" but it shouldn't have to do that EVeRY time! I don't expect rude customer service when my financials are at stake.
