I recently moved to the area, and dont really know many folks. This 7-11 is my regular and Anna has been nothing but a sweetheart. Very kind, and helped me feel comfortable in an environment I’m still very new to (Californian transplant lol)

The lady working the register was super nice and friendly and even asked us for our rewards, which we don't get often at most 7 elevens. :) She made our stop a pleasant experience!

We visited the store on Saturday, September 3rd and Sunday, September 4th while we were camping at Son’s River Ranch. Monique was absolutely amazing with every customer we witnessed entering the store while we were there. She was so friendly and helpful to everyone she served. We were there with our 2 children and she made them feel so important and special during the brief visits. Our children were singing her praise when we got in the car. I hope this woman gets promoted to something wonderful for this company. She’s an absolute gem!

This store has had lots of Ups and downs through the years but they seem to be getting it together and I absolutely love the current staff there is the most wonderful lady working here she exemplifies customer service and human kindness I will update with her name next time I shop there, being this is the store closest to home and we live in remote rural area I am truly thankful for 7-11 getting it together and having wonderful employees again!

BEWARE!!! Employee named VICTORIA definitely does not like her job!! Everything from her body language to her attitude screams...."GO AWAY, YOU ARE BOTHERING ME". I used to frequent this store because it is so close to my home. NOPE, (smh) you couldn't pay me to step one foot in that store as long as that hateful shrew is employed there. I'd rather drive 15 miles than deal with that.

The owners son, Manny, is a complete and utter d******* to customers and should NOT be working there. My card got declined on a coffee and he cussed me out. I was a regular and I'll never be going back there again. FIRE MANNY

I want to say the manager and employees at the 7-Eleven in Fentress Texas are extremely nice and very helpful. I do want to say they receive little or no support from corporate. The manager tried to do everything he can to make the store presentable and take care of the customers. But like I said he has no support from corporate they might come by once in a blue moon and give him a hard time on what needs to be done around the store. But I have a feeling if they left him alone and let him run the business there it would turn out a lot better than them coming by once every four months and telling him what he's doing wrong. After all he spends about 80 hours a week up there at that store working. As with any retail they keep his payroll down so low he cannot afford to have enough employees to take care of the customers. They expect the employees to stock merchandise keep the store clean the store and wait on a large amount of customers. This store has gotten so busy in the past year they have not kept up with customer service. Maybe a visit from the district manager might be in order if he can tear himself away from his vacation 11 months out of the year.

Service is either mediocre or rude. Don't bother walking inside to pay because it makes you repeat the process at the pump just about every time. Money goes "back into your account" but it shouldn't have to do that EVeRY time! I don't expect rude customer service when my financials are at stake.

Awful service completely unprofessional horrible disgusting dirty owners. Tried to keep my cash back and wouldn't give it to me and tried to take gars that she had already sold to me back cause she said my Id was fake and started asking me personal questions she had no business asking. Also made me and a customer wait 10 minutes before checking us out so she could finish stocking the store. I would give them negative 100000000 stars if possible every time ive gone in there the owner is rude and dirty and smells. Will not be taking my money back there

Nothing at this store but a bunch of Ghetto ratchet a** workers and people in it who don't know how to use the cash register (while they hit it and get mad at it) and who can't get one sale done in under 5 minutes for the life of them while they're cussing in frustration at you for how sucky they are at they're job. Wouldn't suggest coming here, there is a shell 200 ft down the road that is way nicer and better.

I don't think I will ever forget the time the personnel made fun of me for getting a hot dog without a bun. I didn't see them and didn't want them, okay? What do they do? They encourage me to look for buns that are no where in sight. Instead of getting one for me if its so important, they stand around snickering. Hey, at least I had the time to watch them act like idiots.

If I could give it no stars I would. DO OT USE THIS GAS STATION. If you have a diesel there diesel is mixed with gas and messed my truck up and they take no responsibility. They blame the people who fill up their tanks. This place needs to be shut down for selling bad diesel.

The night clerk, Hannah, called my nephews "fagg*ts" and told my mom "f*ck you" when she questioned why they would hold $300 for gas. (The less-than-stellar clerk had told her that - FYI, it's not true.) There was another customer who witnessed this. Gave it another shot during the day and the store was disgustingly dirty. There was a line of 5 people, one cashier behind the register holding a conversation with another cashier who was just looking out the window at a fire truck that was driving by. He tried to charge me for a cup of just ice (it's free at every single other 7 Eleven and it was their one liter that was warm anyway) and had an attitude when I questioned it. Clean your store and get some employees who have basic communication skills. I won't be back, and I make sure to tell everyone to go to the shell two buildings over. The gas is typically cheaper there anyway.
