US Drug Mart-Ferris is an independently owned pharmacy and an active member of the community for over 25 years. It is a refreshing break from corporate chain pharmacies. The staff is super friendly, professional, and attentive. They know customers by name and make them feel taken care of and at home. The service is excellent, combining expertise with reliability, care, and compassion. They go the extra mile to ensure customers are informed and followed up with, often thinking ahead about medicine shortages. There is never a wait, and they typically have what is needed in stock. They never disappoint.
They are always friendly and helpful. They also are very good about having the right medication in stock or are able to get it quick.
