For the past month this was the only McDonald’s I would eat at. Never had nasty fries and our breakfast biscuits were always soft, but this week I don’t know what has changed!— ordered breakfast once this week my biscuit was so hard I didn’t even attempt to eat it, so tonight we picked up an order, standing there for almost 10 minutes waiting on our order only to get nasty cold fries and some rude a** cashier. And we stopped in at least once a day. ?

The worst ever! first of all, a manager arguing with a customer when the customer is clearly right is in very bad form. She was going to win the argument without even listening to reason. There is a sign on the drive-through window: holiday pie, buy one at 1.49, and get the second one free. So we said we'll get them. We were charged 1.59. The manager argues that the price on the receipt is correct and that she won't look at the sign in front of her, which says 1.49...I can show you the sign, which I took a picture of, and my receipt which I also took a picture of! Cashier rings up a buy one get one fish sandwich, rings up 2 meals, but we only wanted the sandwiches...manager says she's watching her employee and she's ringing everything up correctly....no, we didnt want the meal, just the sandwich...Had to tell the cashier 4 times regular coffee after she rings up cappuccino. What gives? The manager was extremely rude and was clearly in the wrong. Bad business practices, uninformed staff, and I think they should find jobs that don't involve dealing with the public because they clearly are losing it, and are lashing out at the folks they are supposed to serve. We drive to San Antonio several times a week... we will skip this place while traveling... we will go to Buckees instead.

I don't go to McD often so I'm not sure if all locations have transitioned to this but if they have, it's pretty ludicrous.I was trying to order at one of the self service kiosks in the restaurant. In order to complete my purchase it was requiring me to have the McD app on my phone and enter some code from the app into the kiosk. No way around it. Not willing to download the app, I cancelled my kiosk order to go to the register, but employees were actively avoiding the front counter. So I, along with several other customers who found the whole system ridiculously inconvenient, walked out without ordering.They literally lost 3 orders in the span of 3 minutes.
