The dude did help me, but ignored me for a loooonng time. Grateful for the help, but made me feel like I was not welcome, actually felt dismissive. Helped a customer for about 10 minutes and ignored me the entire time, them seemed put out that he had to help me. WTHeck? Thursday 9/14th.

Drive 30 miles to Smithville or La Grange they are friendly and helpful at those NAPA stores.The one in Fatonia is terrible service, very rude .

Avoid this one if you can.Tried to buy a spare heater hose, dude spent 5 minutes arguing with me about how those rarely fail. no need to carry a spare. blah blah blah.. I swear they should just turn the computers around in these places and just let the customer type in what their looking for..have one guy pulling parts and a self check out..just automate the whole store.

Very rude people. You could obviously tell I was searching for products. No one said hello, may I help you find anything...nothing at all. I finally find what I need as I am about to leave the store. I get to the counter and the lady working tried to be nice. Too late. This place is disorganized, dirty and the people are rude. I don't recommend it at all.

They are a good business that has over 50 years experience I'm not I'm saying it they're not saying it I was trained by Elton Muller and Steve Muller the Steve Muller is the owner of Steve station and that used to be the original owners of molars of molars they are the original molars owners hes really in my book only has the only right to hang that molar name it's name but he don't because hes honest and good go to waze and bottom no grass your ties but you know small town Gabriella and the woman in the office she's very with it and dresses accordingly for business

No help at all. I asked if they had just the a/c recharge hose with the gauge on it and the response was “if you dont see one, then no”. Well fu then! First and last time ill bother going there.
