The bathrooms are NASTY! There is rubble in the parking lot making it hard to park. Use the pumps if you need to, but avoid the inside.

This gas station and Convenience Store is wonderful. I stopped to get gas and use the rest room. It was very clean. All the staff were friendly excellent Customer Service . I enjoyed looking around at all the gift items.

The women's bathroom was completely unsanitary: At least 2 toilets were stopped up, 1 with feces, and flies were buzzing around it, and floors in at least 4 stalls had strips of toilet paper strewn all over them. Another stall had urine on the floor and a strong odor was very present throughout the bathroom.
2 other ladies walking into the bathroom also made comments about the unclean and unsanitary condition it was in.
How often is this bathroom cleaned? When was the last health department visit?
A negative rating to call attention to a very unkept bathroom! Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos as it was too odorous and decrepit to tolerate the stench!

For them being one of the only open gas stations and taking well over 40 minutes to do the “end of day processing” is a bit much the lady was walking around the store no sense of urgency what so ever We watched at least 30 cars pull up and unable to use the pumps as well during this time.

The worst Shell. I used to stop here for gas on my way out for business but they never have a receipt for me to expense so it’s no longer convenient. Also the staff has been rude for the few times I’ve interacted with them, there always seems to be a problem with their system for ringing up alcohol so they won’t sell it to me, I’m 45 yrs old

Stopped here last night around 5p
Used the washroom, DISGUSTING FILTH, this Timewise sells food to, I would never buy gas here again, previous comment u mentioned “U TAKE THIS VERY SERIOUSLY “. I DOUBT IT BECAUSE THAT WAS 9 months ago & STILL FILTH…u should be ashamed to even open let alone sell food!!!
Maybe The Health department will bring down the hammer on your store, it shows what FILTH UR HOME WOULD BE!!!

Pump some gas and paid out side and my card was charged double !!! Seems they put a hold on the extra money till the charge goes through for 24 to 48 hours!!
I never hear of this before!

Used to be really clean.
Bathrooms are now super gross, trash and feces everywhere. Half the stalls don't even have toilet paper. Definitely try to hold it till Schulenburg or the rest stop.

Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! If you can hold it, drive an extra 5 mins to the next rest stop! Had to take shoes off to sanitize bottoms that is how bad the restrooms were. Store clerks standing around talking, one of them could have been cleaning restrooms.
