Half the time the cashier's aren't at the counter when you're ready to check out and you have to wait a few minutes before they finally figure out that there is a customer at the counter.. Also they often don't staff the cashier position adequately in order to prevent long lines, especially on a holiday when they should know that they are going to be busy, but there will only be 1 cashier working 1 register. If there is anyone else working, for some reason they just won't open another register. I guess these things are typical for any dollar general..

Never open, staff is never to be found. Expired food in freezer area. This store has been steadily getting worse!!!

It's a shame how far this location has fallen. Stuff all over the place, items constantly out of stock and there's almost always a line because there's only one person working in the store most of the time. Good luck using the self checkout, it's almost always closed down

Just went to the store all the lights are on but no one that works. There is there and the doors locked but everything says it’s open. What a joke.

Its a decent and very convenient store because its right down from my neighborhood but the guy with beard has a bad habit of literally following black people through the store. He will leave the front and register unattended to follow any person of color until they leave. Submitting a formal complaint to corporate because its ridiculous, uncomfortable and uncalled for

I live in Flint Tx. so I need to use this Dollar General even though I absolutely dread going in because the the two people that are working there are so rude and unfriendly, the girl with long black hair and the older bald man. I have never seen two of the most unfriendly and unprofessional people working with the public, it’s a shame because the store itself is good. Please teach your employees to at least smile at their customers even if they don’t want to speak and be friendly.

Super frustrating when a store has a voicemail that tells you they’re too busy to answer phone calls. And it doesn’t even ring. It would be different if it rang three or four times and then went to a voicemail. But it goes to the voicemail on the first ring. And not just one time every time I called all dayZero customer service.

Horrible Management! Mandy shouldn't be in Management after not supplying a receipt. Had an Online order that couldn't be filled and wouldn't give a receipt showing the items were not picked up. Very rude Management needs Training on Customer Service

Employee is extremely rude the staff seems toxic I always have a weird experience there. I had an incident when I was finished paying at the self checkout and all of a sudden she stop attending her customers payment and she chased me and my kids out the store and thought we were stealin...mind you were Hispanics and you don't really see us often in that area it's mostly white but that's the sad reality.

They let expired products sit on shelves for months.
