Spoke and met with Janice in person early Saturday morning. I inquired about a 7x10 storage to move my mom’s items into. Upon showing me this room, Janice asked if I would be interested in a10x10 unit instead. I was expecting it to cost more but was relieved it was $2.00 cheaper a month.
Janice was very informative, professional and helpful throughout the process of me renting the unit. Excellent initial experience!

All that I have to say is that Janice has great customer skills she's very kind-hearted and very compassionate keep her for a long time because you don't find people that care for people like she does thank you Janice and if there were more than five stars I will go all the way to give them to Janice
