I was fishing in a tournament and on prefish day my tilt/trim stopped working and I was 2 hrs away from Tyler with no way to raise the motor to remove the transom support device. We tried several things while on the phone with Joe and Cameron from Nautical. They finally said - if you will bring the boat in, we will do our best to resolve the issue and get it back to you so you can fish the tournament. I drove 1.5 hours and dropped the boat off, they got right on it and had the problem figured out in an hour or so. They called me and told me it was ready, explained what happened, charged me a fair price for repairs and sent me on my way. We drove back up late and was able to make our tournament - Thanks Nautical for all you

We took the boat in for service and then took our boat out for the first time after service .... turns out they didn't flush the air out of the gas line. We launched the boat and the motor wouldn't start and we had to bring it back in.

AWESOME Folks here at Nautical Mile Marine. They have a great selection of boats to choose from, used or new. Service team is exceptional and in my opinion the best around.

Wife and I couldn't be more happy with the friendly atmosphere at Nautical Mile. Treated like family from the moment we walked in the door. Prices generally close to the same everywhere, but the dealership makes the difference. You won't find one better.

Wonderful service. Didn’t buy a boat from there, but used them to install some lights and fix some wiring issues. Done quickly, to perfection, notified me if there were any changes or added costs. Very transparent and broke down the cost of everything. Cheaper than estimated. The greatest aspect of Nautical Mile Marine is their integrity, a rarity in today’s world. They have definitely earner a customer for life!

They made the best deal by far on my new G3 boat! I live three hours away from this dealership; but we’ll worth drive. Ask for Dennis, from my first call with him, the deal, and picking up the boat he was great. Was very impressed with the dealership’s staff.

Took used boat I just bought in for service and straightening of lower unit skag. It took 6 weeks for them to complete the work. Way too long. The service guys seem nice however, it is next to impossible to get their service manager Brandon on the phone if you're trying to get updates. Also, when you call into their service dept., you will stay on hold for anywhere from 10-15 minutes before anyone picks up. Very annoying. The service work they completed seems competent (expensive however) so not sure I'll be back for future service with this dealership.
