If I could leave 0 stars I would!
Our mail carrier with USPS is refusing to deliver our mail stating that our mailbox is always blocked by a truck. A Tacoma is broken down on the opposite side of the driveway and can’t be moved but it is in no way blocking our mailbox! He has threatened to withhold our neighbors mail saying the truck is also blocking their mailbox. As you can see it is NOT blocking anyone’s mailbox!!! I filed a complaint with USPS and today received a call from a woman who immediately gave me attitude and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain the truck is NOT blocking the mailbox. I let her know that on Saturdays my dad does have to park his truck in the road due to the driveway being full but that Mon-Fri his truck isn’t there. She told me that they will not deliver our mail until we tow away the Tacoma because “it’s blocking the box.”
IT IS NOT BLOCKING THE MAILBOX!!!!!
I also let her know that two houses down our neighbor has a truck that sits in the road but that the carrier delivers his mail no problem. She said she is now coming out here today to take a look for herself (hoping to prove me wrong.) I let her know that other carriers who have worked our route have delivered
our mail with no problems but that it’s just this one carrier (our main one) who refuses to deliver.
My dad decided to go to the post office afterwards to pick up our mail and was met with the same lady who spoke to me on the phone. She was extremely rude to him and told him he has 7 days to move the truck otherwise they will withhold our mail permanently. When my dad asked her for her supervisors name she would not give it to him. My dad even brought up the fact that the carrier refuses to walk packages to the door that are too big to fit in the mailbox and her reply back was “because the mailbox is blocked.”
My question is what happened to “rain, sleet, or snow?”
Fedex and UPS deliver to us with zero issues and have NEVER skipped a delivery. It’s just USPS who is choosing to withhold not only our mail but also our neighbors.

Today i had two packages that were suppose to come in, one arrived at 5:30 while the other was still “arriving” i the. Left my house didnt come back till 11pm and when checking tracking it claimed someone had picked up my package at the post office at 7:46 which is already weird because the post office closes at 4. So where did my package go? Thats extremely frustrating considering it was a pretty expensive package.

I have been coming here for years for personal and business. I always come in with a smile and friendly greetings. I try hard to make small talk because some of the employees are grumpy, rude, and standoffish. The manager is great. She is very nice and helpful. The younger guy is also nice. The two older gentlemen are plain rude. They scowl, they grumble, won't respond to simple questions and remarks, and have a general hateful outlook on life judging from their demeanor. The worst part about coming here is running into one of those two guys. Otherwise, you can get done what you need done here. Just cross your fingers you get the lady or younger guy.

If I could give this office 0 stars I would. I went up to the post office this morning, waited outside for 20 minutes for them to open. I get in, it’s finally my turn and I ask for help printing my label. Instead he tells me since I started it online I have to “figure it out myself”. Why don’t you figure out how to get a job not involving people if you don’t want to help?

Whoever runs the mail for them deserves to be fired. Multiple people on my road including I had ruined mail from them being left open. Passports, insurance cards etc. Who leaves a mailbox open first of all?????

Jeff thank you for being the best postal employee I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with!!

USPS in Flint, TX - This post office has by far the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I have subjected myself to their rude, disrespectful and ill-mannered behavior one too many times and I can say without a doubt that I will never walk into this facility again. No wonder the US postal service is going broke. When I walk into a UPS location they practically fall all over themselves to help with whatever I need! If I did not have a prepaid shipping label (for a return) for USPS I would never have gone there!I have no problems at all with the courier who delivers my mail, she is a sweetheart but everyone inside this facility should be fired!

if there is a package to be delivered on a Sunday, expect it on Monday. They will mark it as "attempted" instead of delivering it. This has happened twice now.

There’s a reason why this post office has a bad rating. It absolutely ruins my day coming here!None of them are friendly they will make snarky comments for no reason and they will not tape things for you and act like you’re waisting their time.
