DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHADY BUSINESS. I found a 2016 GMC Denali that looked decent, communicated with Tyler and his dad and Mike over messaging and phone communication and reiterated SEVERAL times that I would be traveling from EIGHT HOURS AWAY. The pictures online looked like the vehicle was in pretty good condition. I called and asked specific questions about damage to the vehicle so that there were no surprises after forking out money from my savings to travel so far. I was assured all good things. No significant or noticeable scratches on exterior paint, no fading/dullness, no significant/more than the reasonable signs of wear and tear. I communicated three times throughout the process of traveling there over a day long period that I expected the vehicle to be washed on inside and outside and ready when I got there so I could test drive, sign paperwork, and go home. I was reassured every single time that these things would be done! I got there and this vehicle has not been washed in at least a month. There’s pollen caked on it so you really can’t tell what condition the paint is truly in. But even with that, there were at least 4 scratches on the passenger door that were each 2-4inches long. 5 scratches on the back hatch. 4 on the mirror. I’m reasonable and would be more than willing to overlook normal wear and tear but this was excessive. There were even spots on the paint where it was faded and dull even though I specifically asked these questions and was told absolutely not there’s none. As if this weren’t bad enough, the motor was making some weird sound. I voiced my disappointment to Tyler and his father and they kept lying and saying they had washed the vehicle this morning and gotten it ready. Sorry, no. There was even dog hair caked in the carpet inside. Now I, at 8 months pregnant, am stranded 8 hours from home without a plan to get back. (Don’t worry - I’m working on one, but the point is that these sorry, no good, non-trustworthy people really tried to do someone wrong and I would not trust them as far as I can throw them. To say they should be ashamed would be a vast understatement. Don’t give them a penny of your money or a second of your time. They had this vehicle listed for almost $24,000 and in person it doesn’t look to be worth even $17,000. And when I reminded the owner the situation his dishonesty had put me in, 8 hours away and 8 months pregnant, he told me to have a nice day. Well I hope he has the day he deserves.

They put the rest to shame. This will be my 3rd vehicle from them. I’m so grateful to them they have been so good to me. Being a single mom and having a reliable car is everything it’s one less thing to worry about. Thank you value-ride.

OK this is going to be a lengthy five star review. Let’s start with Bob. What an amazing salesman and when I say that I don’t mean that he is incredibly persuasive though I’m sure he could be but he doesn’t have to be.The cars sell themselves. however, what Bob provided that made him such an amazing sales person was his degree of dedicated help and the the efficiency of the process. From the minute, I stepped in the door I felt like I had gone to visit family. This business is family owned, and because of that You get a level of attention and consideration that you do not at the larger dealerships. Not to mention their prices are very competitive. This is not your average to note lot. They are not in it for the money With exuberant finance rates, and lengthy terms. They are very serious about their reputation and stand on that By doing good solid business. I’ve never had an easier approval process, and I cannot Tell you how grateful I am that I found them. The car I had before this was from up the street off 155 And I was paying $660 a month. Today because of value ride I pay a little over 300 a month. My payment cut nearly in half For a nicer car. I still had three years left at 660 a month But now I have exactly one year and I am thrilled. Thank you Bob and the Value Ride team. I can honestly say. You’ve earned my business for life.

Just found that the 2010 Buick Enclave my husband and I bought on 3/16/2024. Was in not 1 but 2 major accident. And completely totaled. And we are paying over 7k for vehicle that was only worth $500. Granted we should’ve asked a question like if it was in any major accident or what condition they acquired the vehicle in. Be we wanted to give the salesman the benefit of the doubt. Shame on owner for thinking this is okay. We will not be buying another vehicle from value ride. And definitely will not be recommending them to anyone else. Update: since my view seems unfounded. I added receipts. My husband and I paid $3000 down. And made first payment the same day. And since I was accused of leaving lengthy 1 star reviews. I’d like to defend myself by stating that is false. I don’t often write reviews but the few times I have it has been warranted. So dear owner maybe instead of trying to paint a false narrative for a mistake you made. Maybe just take responsibility for your mess up and the incompetence of your employees

We’ve been in the market for a while. It seemed like we were never going to find anything. We stopped at value ride just to see what they had. Bob wasn’t pushy at all. He just asked if we saw something we were interested in. He turned what’s usually a long boring process fun and entertaining. He’s a great guy and has excellent customer service skills. We will definitely be buying from them again for our next vehicle purchase.
