Since i cannot do negative stars, im posting 1 star. Justin was a total jerk on the phone when me and my DIL called to get info on their vehicle that has been towed. He also gave incorrect info stating it was a police impound, which it was not. He was patronizing and spoke to us in a hostile manner even yelling. We were not rude in any way and i even pointed out that he was talking over me and not allowing me to finish my questions, which were valid in trying to get info on the tow and how to pick up the vehicle. He told us the wrong fee as well. I asked to speak to the owner and he said he was the owner. Thay being the case, I would never recommend this company to anyone for any reason.

After 4 hours of haggling with insurance, ASAP got me a tow within 30 minutes. Junior, my tow guy was professional throughout the whole process. Junior made the whole towing process quick and stress free.

Leo was awesome, arrived in a timely manner. Leo was very pleasant and courteous!! I have called many tow trucks over the years and this was my best experience EVER, thanks to Leo. I will definitely let people know about ASAP towing!! Half the price of the other two companies I called. Thanks again Leo and ASAP towing!! The best!!

We were on our way from Temple to Bertram when my Tahoe’s transmission decided to give up on us 10 miles from Bertram. After calling 4 other tow trucks that weren’t available to bring us home in Temple, we landed on ASAP towing. They were quick to get to us, and willing to bring us home in Temple without hesitation. Leo, our driver, was very nice and personable. He was efficient with getting my car on and off of the flat bed. Leo was very kind and professional and we can’t thank him enough! Highly recommend.

If only you could give negative stars! I understand no one likes their car towed but when its wrong its wrong! This company is beyond unprofessional. My car was STOLEN from the garage I park in legally with an employee sticker clearly visible in the window. But this company was trolling (not patrolling) the garage and they towed my car. Took it to Florence which was a 30 min drive for me then had to wait for 1.5 hours for someone to show up to get my car out. The guy drives up speaking to me in Spanish asking if I am paying with cash app or Venmo? I am brown but I don’t speak Spanish sorry dude. They allow me to go with them to show them the sticker on my car. Then they tell me I have to get out of the yard cause I am not supposed to be back there. Well guess what guy my car is not supposed to be back there either. They said they would reimburse me for having to come and get my illegally towed vehicle. It wasn’t until I called back the next morning to speak to the owner Justin McGehee asking for his TDLR# to report him that he finally sends me $75 for my time. He wanted $300 if it was my fault but my time and inconvenience is only worth 1/4 of his? I have yet to get his TDLR# that he said he would text me but there are other ways to get it. Oh and then he blocks me from being able to call again. funny little guy.

If you need predatory towing company Justin McGehee is your guy he’ll make sure to illegally tow your car. Make sure you file your claim with APD and TLDR.

If I could give this company -5 stars I would.
I can’t begin to describe the level of disappointment. My car was towed from my apartment complex from the parking spot that I pay for. Justin McGehee is the WORST, rude and unprofessional. He’s definitely looking just to make a quick buck. Also how unprofessional that they only take venmo or cashapp payments? While giving no receipts. These people are horrible.

Why am I watching one of their trucks bust 90mph + in a 65 riding cars rear bumpers, swerving in and out of lanes like it’s a small car & cutting people off through Temple with no emergency lights on to be driving that erratic at 9pm on August, 19th 2025? This behavior is completely unacceptable for a CDL license holder. Btw you should also complete your vehicle daily inspection because your rear running light is out. Doesn’t seem appropriate to hire a driver who handles like that.

If a rating of zero stars were possible, this company would certainly merit it.
My experience with this towing company has been extremely negative. Vehicles appear to be towed without clear justification, warning, or adherence to consistent procedures. Even when parked in full compliance with regulations, one risks returning to find their vehicle removed. This conduct suggests an arbitrary approach that raises serious concerns about fairness and operational integrity.
Efforts to resolve matters are met with unhelpful and discourteous responses from staff, who exhibit little willingness to engage in constructive dialogue. The lack of professionalism displayed further erodes confidence in their services.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Their practices and customer service fall well below acceptable industry standards.
