Threatened with being towed for my “abandoned” vehicle in my driveway at this home I’ve lived at for 6 months. I just moved my vehicle to a buddies place on the same property. Still here good luck finding it. Told you that you weren’t going to touch it.

Who likes to get their car out of the tow yard. They are expensive. But that's everyone. However, they were REALLY nice and professional. They were quick to answer calls. "In and out" service while I was there.

Never did anything about the vehicle illegally parked in front of the stairs at my apartment complex on NYE & I’m disabled.

They tell you to give them an hour heads up to pick up your car. We arrived 1h 15 mins later and nobody was there. He finally showed up an hour after that. And $320 for a single day, venmo or cash only, is a bit ridiculous.

Called to have my car towed, they asked me to text them my details and I did and never heard back. If I had missing details they should’ve called. By the looks of the previous reviews and unprofessional responses I’m glad it didn’t work out. I used Tip Tow instead and they were way more attentive, quick, and friendly.

Very nice, drivers are friendly, (except for one that had some attitude, he was probably dealing with some stuff though) didn't get drivers name but I really appreciate all the tows they've given me throughout the years (through triple A). even nice about letting u get stuff out of your car when it's in impound lol ?

I was in the process of being towed by this company today. I sincerely didn’t realize I was in a tow parking spot. I was able to flag down the driver. He stopped for me and was very professional and even walked back to the spot with me to show me the sign nearby and explain everything. He was very nice and professional. It really makes me mad that people jump down their throats when they are just doing their jobs. If you park where you shouldn’t you can only blame yourself, not the person making a living and doing their job. If I ever need towing I will definitely be calling ASAP towing

I had a terrible experience with this company. They towed my car without any warning, provided inaccurate information, and ignored the fact that my car had a valid residential permit sticker. The lack of communication and disregard for essential details is unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs.

They are walking through senior apartments with flashlights, finding anything to tow them: insurance, inspections, tags. Then these old folks, have to get help to get their car out, help pay for it. Shame, shame, shame on them. Tried to take my van, I parked in front of van stood with pipes in both hands in front while I waited on Triple A and moved my van where they can't touch it. Sad day for America.

Operator parks on New Meister and the commercial vehicle causes a dangerous narrowing of the roadway. This will result in accidents with vehicle and human impact. The operator should not exploit public roadways and park inside their apartment complex or at a commercial parking lot. I will continue to report this vehicle to pflugerville police until the operator no longer parks the massive tow truck on a busy and dangerous street.

Shipped a car from Austin....first carrier broke down, had to be towed, cars offloaded for second carrier. When delivered, my roof rails were utterly destroyed, one severely bent with middle section missing, roof rack was gone, cross bars and mounting hardware - ALL GONE. How does that even happen? Threatened to sell the offloaded vehicles unless paid - I wish they had - it would have been illegal, and i might have been able to recover what was taken.Service: Car towing

If I could give 0 stars I would! My car had a blowout and I called this company for towing. I waited 2 hours and the tow truck never arrived even though the company was only 10 minutes from my location. I ended up having to call a family member to help me. Do not use this company.

This company towed my car and their representative spoke legally on behalf on the company and assured me they would beat me in court when it’s not in my lease or on signage that they can tow my car for the reason they did. I will be suing in JP court for illegal towing. They have a contract with waters edge that I didn’t sign and the conditions they’re stating are not represented in our lease or signage. I have photos of my vehicle that are only days old with the meta data to prove it and will be suing for any damages to my vehicle incurred from towing. Your front desk boy may like talking smack to people on the phone but seeing as he agreed he was legally speaking up on behalf of the company I hope his words can back up what you’re going to be served with. You guys didn’t even call me to let me know you took my car, bad look.
