“Our battery died. I called the lady at James Baker Automotive and she was so helpful. She called to find the nearest wrecker to us to have them come give us a jump or if that didn't work, tow us in. She called us back to let us know who was on the way and the eta. She even stayed after hours to help us. They are very service/customer oriented. Great people.”
“My car broke down as i was driving from Killeen to Austin (clutch on 2011 Chevy Cruze gave out.) Luckily I was within limping distance of Phantom Tires and was able to pull my car in after their official closing hours. Guy was nice enough to allow me to wait in his home for my friend to pick me up. The service on my car was professional and they charged me well below market (chain auto-mechanic shops) prices for the services they performed. They found several root causes to my clutch issue that less vigilant mechanics may have looked past (and didn't charge significantly more to resolve them.) I plan to use their services in the future.”
