“In todays fast moving world, it is a challenge to find a doctor, dentist, attorney or auto mechanic that you have confidence in and can trust to have your best interests in mind. I'm still looking for a doctor, dentist and attorney, but I found that mechanic in Mr. Fix It's Kenny Vale. I contacted Kenny to get a quote on a brake job for my 2012 Kia. He quoted me a very fair price (compared to several other local shops) and we set an appointment for him to come to my house to make the repairs. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he was unable to keep the scheduled appointment. Instead of not showing up, Kenny kept me informed of his status and made it out at the next convenient time to complete the repairs. He replaced the rotors, pads etc. with the expertise and efficiency of someone who obviously has been doing auto repair for a long time. Kenny then test drove the vehicle to make sure everything was working as promised. He explained everything he had done and the parts replaced. I was so impressed with his expertise and professionalism, I asked him to look at another vehicle I had that needed a repair. He found a replacement part (of better quality than the OEM) and replaced that part on another visit. He also went out of his way to help us locate a set of missing keys. It is so refreshing to find someone of Kenny's honesty, integrity and professionalism in this "dog eat dog" world we live in. I highly recommend Mr. Fix It (Kenny Vale) for all your auto repairs. “I live in Round Rock and I asked for a remote windscreen replacement as my windscreen suffered badly with multiple hits by hail. They where quick to schedule an appointment and Dusty came on-time phoning first, and replaced the windscreen whilst I was in an online meeting and he finished before I finished the meeting about 30 mins.In about half an hour my windscreen was replaced and it looked fantastic, perfect fit and he even rescued and attached my registration sticker.This is a great job done at a reasonable price compared to competitors.Fantastic job highly recommend you use this company for any windshield replacement or repair.”

“Our 2011 Malibu would not pass inspection. Took it to Kevin's Auto Shop and the repairs were made. But, the car still would not pass. Kevin said sometimes you need to drive the car 75-150 miles and then it will read as "passed." I brought the car back probably 4 times. It still did not pass. Kevin was very nice (and prompt) about re-checking and re-checking. Finally, I drove it for 4 days, put on about 300 miles, to it to Kevin, and it passed. Then, I was able to go back to the inspection station. Kevin was very patient thru all of this, and just smiled (as I celebrated) and said, "We see this all the time." Highly recommended.”
