My husband and I are extremely happy with our Cobra Stone experience. Jay helped us talk through our project with such a great attitude and was extremely knowledgeable about the product and gave amazing advice. Our project was probably small compared to other projects they works on and we still felt extremely taken care of. Thank you Jay for treating us so well. I would recommend Cobra stone to anyone!

Jay and everyone at Cobra Stone go over and above to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for. We were looking for something specific and they jumped through a number of hoops to make sure that we were taken care of. We were so happy that we are shifting some of our other projects in order to get everything from them now.

Nice stone. Just don't expect to be treated well after the sale and certainly not if something goes wrong. These folks shipped us the wrong stone and left part of the order out entirely. Manager refused to even return my call. Not exactly customer service oriented. Your satisfaction is NOT their concern. Getting your money is the goal. Job well done....not so much. Buyer beware.

Beautiful stone. Terrible people. Since stone is available from many quaries, jqueries, elsewhere. I'm a builder. I placed a good sized order for a large house. When the order arrived it was clear it wasn't 100% right. Cobra could not have cared less. All I got was a nasty, hostile response. I called and left a message for Pedro. The boss. That was 3 days ago. He clearly has no interest in fixing the mistakes. Avoid Jay Bermudez in "sales". Zero accountability after the sale. Zero customer service. Zero.
Just shop somewhere else.

Can't thank Jay Bermudez enough for his help. Always professional, always friendly, always helpful, always responsive, always exceeding expectations. He spent much time with us and our designer to get the stone selection just right. House looks great and stone material came in on time and under budget.

STAY AWAY FROM TIGER LANDSCAPING SUPPLY/COBRA STONE!!!! especially their salesman ‘Rudy’ who is a HUGE liar.After purchasing landscaping materials and coordinating a delivery time, they proceeded to ignore our request and simply dump the items in our front yard, damaging our yard and breaking our sprinkler system with the weight of the truck. My husband and I had to leave a funeral to rush home and assess the damage which then led us to drive all the way to Schertz to personally speak to the salesman about what happened and get some sort of explanation of why our requests were utterly ignored. All the salesman (Rudy) did was ignore & lie to us about how it was out of his control. When we requested a refund for the damage caused to our home he refused to do so.When we asked him to personally come to our home to assess the damage to see that we weren’t making things up, he lied & said that he would. Since we continued to be adamant about getting a refund for the poor delivery he only lied to us further and said that he would refund us in cash in person. I even made him sign an agreement but he never showed up to our house and proceeded to ignore our calls from then on. I have Video and ring door evidence of the damage and poor customer service. Never again willI deal this sorry excuse of a company or it’s employees.

UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTIMELY, SHADY. ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH.We purchased landscape supplies on 6/29 for delivery on 6/30 from this company. We originally requested to have the latest delivery slot on Friday June 30th due to a funeral we had to attend to the morning thereof, we were first informed that we could and they confirmed the times for us. I spoke with a Rudy Castriano who confirmed this. He then proceeds to call after business hours to now tell me that they can only do 2pm; I then asked for 3pm and he agreed since we would be heading from a funeral and to allow us to have enough time to prep the area they would drop soil and stone to prevent obstructing our residential community walkways and any potential damage to our sod/property.The day of scheduled delivery, a driver approaches my home and rings my doorbell at 11:24 am, and I had to communicate to this person who couldn't speak English thru the camera. This person put me with someone on the phone who informed me that they are dropping the top soil and where to put it, I informed them, that the area for loading is not ready at that time since it was scheduled to be delivered at 3pm that day, I asked them to call Rudy at Tiger Landscaping/Cobra Stone to coordinate since Rudy is who confirmed 3pm time. They proceeded to drive backwards on my property and dump the top soil on the street and my newly resodded grass. The drove on the grass and destroyed two sprinkler heads. ALL wouldve been avoided if they honored their scheduled drop off time.My wife and I went to Cobra Stone to find a solution with all the surveillance footage we have of the incident and they didn't want to refund us anything due to the them damaging my property. They refused to let me speak to their owner. Because of this incompetence, they damaged two sprinkler lines, damaged 1/4 of my front yard sod and now I have to pay for a powerwashing service.We are seeking restitution for repairs to the damage of our property due to their negligence.
